My experience in this store at first wasn’t good but after meeting the manager, Carlos, it’s all the opposite now. He’s been so helpful and service advocate. We have done catering twice, the first time was for my birthday and the second was yesterday for my son’s 9th birthday. It was a great service and delicious subs! I totally recommend their catering. Go see Carlos and tell him Jorge sent you!

This subway has a quite low rating, and bad reviews, but my experience today is the total opposite is o what I have been reading here. Our food tasted delicious. We were greeted, staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean. We liked it here and will be back

After serveral visits and chances, i can confidently say…Worst subway I’ve been to in Hall Co. Multiple people not changing gloves after touching their hair, condiments being globbed onto sandwiches, and general rudeness from lots of different employees. The franchise owner really needs to step up their game.

I have been to this location multiple times at all times of day and not once have they had meatballs. Not once. It’s like McDonalds and the milkshake machine. And they get mad at you bc they don’t have them. Lol

Online order was missing half of the toppings (that I was up charged for), and inside of the store was closed 1.5 hours before listed closing time. Put in a ticket with customer support and never heard back. Fix your employee culture

I wasn’t aware of the drive thru sign that if off drive thru is closed. So I sat there for about 5-10 minutes until I decided to just pull toward and the the girls there were just staring at me they did not bother to come over the intercom and atleast let me know so I could have not been there waiting and could of just walked in. Once inside I was not greeted just looked at and the environment wasn’t just not friendly. August, 16 2025 10ish am.
