We decided to order takeout from here and we’re totally glad we did, because everything tasted absolutely delicious and was made to perfection. The customer service is always on point here. We highly recommend ordering from this restaurant!

We have been to this Subway twice now, and each time has been most unpleasant. Both times they have been out of several items and the floor has been in desperate need of sweeping (to the point that I almost wanted to just grab a broom and do it for them). The first visit, the lady working was very personable, though not necessarily the best worker. On the second visit, there was only one guy in the store, he was incompetent and unkempt, and looked, acted, and spoke like he was high (not sure if he was but I would not have been surprised in the slightest). While we were in the store, he took a phone call from a friend and stepped outside, leaving us alone in the store; very unprofessional and indicative of a very apathetic mindset. We will not be returning, and my advice to anyone else is to do likewise. The food is passable, but is by no means a redeeming quality of this establishment.

Nene was so patient and very respectful as well as professional. My family and I came in for lunch and while she was checking out a previous customer we walked in someone from the back came up front and saw the four of us and asked if she needed help but decided she needed to keep baking bread leaving NeNe to finish checking the customer out and make all four of our sandwiches. Instead of being annoyed or frustrated she with a smile finished the transaction and handled our order. She did a wonderful job making our sandwiches and had great customer service.

Ordered online. They said it would be done by 7:20 and that there were no onions available. When I got to the store at 7:30 nothing had been made because there was only white bread. There was only one employee and she said there was no bread because she was too busy. The one customer seemed to be someone who was visiting and not actually purchasing. I asked if the bread shortage could have been added to the website. She said she had been too busy. I waited on my food and was buying for several people that didn’t get the bread they ordered so I asked for a free drink. She refused. She had no one helping her and she said the no bread and no communication and no onions was because of the opener. I think it’s the manager’s fault for not ensuring her/his employees were taken care of and that they knew what to do to help customers when things go wrong (Free drink or free cookie). Worst Subway ever.

Good place to eat. Depending on who’s working is what makes or breaks how good the service is. Most the time it’s great though.

I ordered a meatball sub. They were out of meatballs but lied and didn’t say they were out of meatballs. I noticed the sandwich looked thin so I asked if they forgot to put meatballs in it. She said she put all the meatballs she had in there and rang me up. I left the store and opened it up in the car. Alas, no meatballs. I came back to the store 5 minutes later. She was not there but another guy was there. I said she forgot to put meatballs. He looked and said, we are out of meatballs. (Confirming that she lied about the meatballs). So I asked for a refund. He said he was not the manager and the manager was not around so he could not issue a refund. I was feeling magnanimous so I said, can you give me a philly instead and I’ll get out of your way? He said sure, then looked at the steak and sighed heavily. I said, you’re out of steak too aren’t you? He nodded. I said, I’m going to need that refund. So he calls his manager and the best he was able to do was give me cash in return for the price of the sandwich, but not issue a refund to the card. Problem is, I also gave a $1.12 tip that he did not include in the cash refund. I asked him to refund me the tip as well He said he could not. So I’m out $1.12 and never got to eat a meatball sub (or philly steal). So I left. I should have followed the empty parking lot rule when I arrived and gone somewhere else to begin with. Here’s an additional tip to the staff: don’t lie about your ingredients. Also learn how to use the register and issue a correct refund including tip. I will likely have to dispute the transaction as it is a company card and they are extremely strict about how it is used.

Food was good. But worker trying to say they charge for things they don’t. (Even confirmed with others). Didn’t even finish ours before starting on the only other guy in the building (wouldn’t care if she was backed up. But if was me and my husband and another guy) she made ours and instead of checking us out so we can eat a nice roasted sub. She goes to make his. Food was good but bread was already turning hard. They need to teach a bit better on how to do things

Always enjoy coming to this restaurant. I can trust their food and employees to make a great sandwich. Order is always perfect.
Upper management needs to put two people on shift at night, though. It’s dangerous to have one employee, and makes it harder on them when dinner rushes happen. Poor guy was struggling tonight when I went in, but still managed to make three wonderful subs for us.

I am asking myself how much longer this place will stay open. Each time I have been here the worker seems to open and close. No help, and running out of food because no time to prep. No ham or grilled chicken?? The employee is really likeable and apologetic, but the place seems to be running downward. I hate this because it is a much better place than the Walmart Sub station

Went in today, first time in 5 years, because my mom wanted me to. The service was great. The lady and Young man working were very nice and very fast. We ordered 7 foot long sandwiches and was in and out in about 10 minutes. The food was well made also, not just throw together. A much better place than it was 5 years ago.
