Do not come here at all!! my husband and I were trying to get a bite to eat we got our sandwiches, chips and drinks later on in the evening we both ended up having food poisoning the meat was not fresh , vegetables were not fresh at all we love subway but this location was not it at all please don’t come back unless you want food poisoning

Once I entered, a young student greeted me with a smile, so I happily placed my order, and he responded with a smile despite my difficult requests. In particular, the cooler with the toppings on display was clean and hygienic, so I could trust it, and the young student was skilled and kind. I was able to enjoy the sandwich with 100% satisfaction with the attitude. The interior of the spacious and comfortable restaurant was also clean and tidy, and there were many parking spaces.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in the history of the company… They smashed my sandwich together didn’t put hardly any vegetables on it and it was a complete mess when my to go order was ready. The lady was very rude and the place was understaffed. Definitely will not be visiting this location again.

Preparation skills are terrible, Workers barely speak english and will get the order wrong and the wrong amount will be placed on your order and they will NOT fix it they will continue on, Great workers but it seems like they weren’t even taught proper portion sizes or placement of ingredients. One side of your sandwich will be literally oozing mayonnaise while the other side has barely any. Just disgustingly handled wish i just threw it out instead of trying to eat it. Mind you the picture i attached is AFTER i removed some of the mayonnaise.

I’m updating this review since it’s a new owner so I order “chicken salad ” that to them is chicken on a wrap and a squeeze of mayo. That is not chicken salad. I’m thinking of bringing them a recipe of chicken salad so they can learn. Not to.mention they have no idea what an A/C is. If you like to sweat to death as you eat poorly made meals by all means go otherwise avoid at all cost.

As someone who has frequented this Subway location for years, it’s disappointing to see the steady decline in both service and quality. What was once a reliably decent stop for a quick bite has become an exercise in lowered expectations.
To start, this location rarely honors national deals or accepts common Subway coupons—something most other stores have no issue with. It’s frustrating to feel penalized for being a regular customer, especially when the chain promotes these offers widely.
Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but it seems to come with a side of indifference here. Requesting a toasted sub? Don’t count on it. More often than not, you’ll be handed something lukewarm and limp, clearly untouched by any toaster oven.
The staff, who used to be reasonably attentive, now appear disinterested and lethargic. Simple requests—extra veggies, light sauce, toasted bread—seem to short-circuit the process entirely. It’s not a one-time fluke; it’s become a consistent pattern.
I haven’t given up on this location entirely, but unless there’s a clear turnaround in how it’s managed and staffed, I may start driving a bit further to one of the other locations that still seem to care.

This location is under new management and it is HORRIBLE as noted in the other reviews.
They have rude employees and get the online orders wrong a lot. They are very stingy with the ingredients even when you order double meat as shown by the photo below.
Tried to address these issues with management who didn’t really seem to care about customer satisfaction. Do not recommend. There is another location a few miles away that we will be giving our future business to.

So I wanted to try out subway delivery. I ordered 6” meatball marinara with toasted bread, american cheese, lettuce, and tomato with mayo. While I was waiting for my order, I was super anxious when it’s arriving because it’s been over 30 minutes even though they’re only 5 minutes away from my house. After I got my order, I can already tell the sandwich was bad before I opened it because of the texture. When I unwrapped my sandwich, I wasn’t wrong. I was so disappointed by the lack of missing ingredients! They forgot my lettuce, american cheese, and forgot to toast the bread (You can see the picture yourself)! Also the sandwich was very wet and soggy. OMG… I thought Subway gives fresh foods but apparently all they gave me was a big pile of mush!! (no offense)!! I will try to request a refund.
