They do not make the sandwiches as listed on the menu. Giving them a menu number makes no difference. They make the sandwiches free style not following any of the listed ingredients or the correct bread. This location is now awful. The employees and management need to be trained and told to reference what is listed to be on that Item Number.

First, the store is very clean. Next the veggies looked and tasted very fresh. In fact, the tomatoes were a nice deep red. The service was very good and the young man made our subs just the right way. Finally, we were able to use a coupon and I got a military discount.

This place does not take coupons – OK fine – but when you are advertised on the Buford Football fundraiser card with YOUR address, you should honor that but the owner doesn’t, they just play dumb. They also skimp on meats, place is a rip off. Subway on Buford Drive is much better and always has more than 1 person working unlike this poorly run location.

Where did customer service go?! This location was supposed to close at 11:00 Saturday night I was there at 10:00 and very rudely told they were closing early. No apologies given, just ‘no service’ for you! Unbelievable how customers are treated. I will never visit this place again!

I placed an online order at this location this past Friday. I went to pick up my food & realized I placed my order at the wrong store. I called the store to ask for a refund & the lady who answered stated “she did not know how to do a refund & suggested that I come in the next day to get a refund from the manager. I have been calling the store since Friday to get a refund & nobody will answer the phone. I want my refund. The store also needs to train employees better.
