The two young men working tonight 2/9/26 were the most polite awesome employees! I made a mistake ordering in the app and called to see if they could make my order 40min later than what I put in. He very nicely told me that was no problem at all. I arrived at the new pick up time just as they were finishing the sandwiches proving that they really did wait to make them and didn’t let them sit for an extra 40 minutes. They were also SO POLITE. This location is awful to accept coupons, I see lots of reviews that the owner chooses not to honor them and its why I don’t go here, but the workers service tonight will make me order here again.

I ordered on their app. Went to pick up my food once it showed that it was ready. Got there and was told that she was too busy to prepare my order and then proceeded to submit a refund. Lied about my food being ready and wasted my time.

This Subway is fine, made a good tuna sub and a good BMT salad. Service was as fast as expected. They went pretty light on the lettuce this time. I think that is just based on who is making it though. Staff is getting the job done, no time for pleasantries, which is fine by me.

I am only giving a 1 star because the food was good. But don’t waist your time if you have a coupon because they don’t accept it here at this location. The older white lady that worked there only said this after we built our sandwiches and the paper blends in with all the other white pieces of paper and the lady said “well I don’t know what to tell you”. We specifically said we had a coupon. The lady was rude about it that she had to help but we literally had no idea they don’t participate. We have been to other locations that had better attitudes and work ethics. Do better subway.

The Indian guy thinks he is so smart, doesn’t want to serve us because we are using our points to make our order! Saying that he thinks it’s fraud!! Haven’t been to this one in a long time because they were always out of items. Gave it another try today and out of ham and pickles. Not to mention they don’t take local coupons but for certain sandwich’s. I will drive way out if my way to the one off winder hwy near Kroger. Always fresh sandwiches and never out of items for their sandwiches.

Don’t let the hours sign and the google hours listing fool you! They do not stay open until 9 as posted. (I only put a rating because it required it but technically I can’t rate this as they are always closed before their scheduled hours. ) the photo is taken at 8:30pm.

I had drove 2 hours to take my dog to one of the best veterinarians in the area. I saw there was a Subway in the shopping center we were very hungry and I decided to go in and order a couple of sandwiches. I have not been to Subway in some years everyone was very friendly the location was very clean and nice and the sandwiches were definitely made with care and were delicious! Thank you for the wonderful lunch!
