I arrive 8:44pm and the store hours is 10pm as it was posted on the door. I questioned the manager, Kai, why are he is closing the store when it’s within business hours and he responded that he’s by himself he closes the store at 8:45pm. As a customer, I am not be aware of all these conditions he has set for the store. I told them how disappointed and I drove all the way there and leaving empty handed then he tells me to never come back. This is not a way how to talk to customers. I hope the owner is aware of how Kai is operating his establishment and how he’s treating the customers.

I wanted cheese bread for my sandwich and only two buns were left in the cabinet. They were dark and hard on the ends. I ask for fresh bread and was told no. I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager and was not going to give me fresh bread. I could see the fresh bread in another cabinet, but he said no. I proceed to walk out. He was extremely unfriendly.

Just wanted to start off by saying when I entered the store the employee which her name was Crystal was so nice and greated me as soon as I walked in. She was a breath of fresh air. I have been here before and got nothing but attitude from other employees here. The other employees needs to take notes from her on customer service. She was very helpful with helping me with any questions I had about the subs and made me feel like I counted as a customer. The owner needs to take notes on this employee and know what a great employee he has. She is the face of this subway. After today’s service I won’t come back unless Crystal is working….

All the vegetable toppings behind the glass are withered and wilted. I or a 6” and a churro, the sandwich was fine but the churro was hard as a rock. I took it back to the counter and asked if I could swap it out for something else. They said no. So y’all can keep your $2 for the churro and in exchange have a 1 star review.

WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! $25 for two sandwiches! Not the New Ones, old style ones!!! Then the female (Worker) behind the counter was very rude and said she would have to charge extra for my husband to have MY CHEESE!!!! I don’t like cheese on my sandwich, but when I’m buying two sandwiches WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO CHARGE EXTRA WHEN IF I WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON MINE, IT WOULDN’T BE AN UPCHARGE!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK NO MATTER WHAT!!!

Hello!! Hopefully this will reach the Employee that went above and beyond.. Our Family LOVE subway–with 5 children we have had alot of subway subs.. Price, Flavorful is just part of it–You get excellent food without selling one of your “limbs” LOL. Recently we moved to the Braselton Ga. area and found the nearest subway.. The first 3 times we ordered from hear was unbelievably “unacceptable ” but we thought we would try ONE more time.. after having trouble with our on line order, we decided to drive there.. WOW!!! what a change–This Employee that goes by Crystal C. # 1970 gave us faith in Subway again.. She was What Customer service is and was all about; she helped us with our online problem, She made the subs with care and REALLY made us feel like we counted.. A far cry from the POOR customer service we received from past experiences with other employees from this location–“she cared”. Customer service has become a Lost art, But not with this employee. We will Continue with Subway at this location only when Crystal is working— Not to say other employees are really terrible, its just that They just don’t get it–Maybe age Maybe because they were not taught– But CUSTOMERS are really who gives you a paycheck–Not your “owner” Thank you for hiring this lady and maybe she can train others… Just plain–THANK YOU!!

Heads up, if they mess up your order here, they tell you there is nothing they can do about it. I ordered my sub with certain toppings, I was at home sick, my husband went to pick it up and brought it home. It was very obvious certain toppings like peppers and the oil were missing. When my husband called to inform them that the order wasn’t correct, the person working first tried to justify it by saying he put everything on the sub..:: which he didn’t. Then my husband said there’s nothing you can do to correct this?.. his response was, unfortunately no. lol good luck! To note, there are several subways within a few miles of this one….

Horrible customer service and will be reaching out to corporate or district management – issue on hand (poor customer service skills, lack of training, lack of de-escalation skills, common sense) I
arrived to pick up a mobile order. Informed staff member that there are several items missing from the order. Supposedly the manager on duty, caught wind of the concearned and instead of making it a teachable moment and just simply correcting the issue the manager insisted it’s my responsibility to check the order. And whatever is missing, then go ahead and grab it. Completely missing the point. Which is the order should have been correct to begin with. Items missing from the order where chips, drink, cookie, napkins straw. Only item in the bag was the sandwich – what’s even more disturbing is the manager wanting to escalate the situation and start verbally abusing and insulting me and you wonder why when we turn on the T.V. or look at social media and there is an up tick of unnecessary violence
