After working 11 hours and having youth sports after, I thought the last thing I wanted to do was cook— but it turns out it’s going to the local subway to deal with the worker’s attitude problems. Not the guys… but Jenny definitely needs a customer service class. I don’t leave reviews, but considering I’ve given this place 5 tries in the year I’ve lived here and keep having this same issue, here I am, because unless people speak up— it won’t change. I don’t have an issue at any other place in town, so it’s obvious it’s a problem that is allowed by management not by lack of workforce.

Wife was there to get lunch. Had to wait to order because order person was in the bathroom and the other two employees behind the counter would not help , just talk and joke. When they got around to getting the order, she could not hear because of all the carring on with the other employees. When she told me she could not hear because they would not shut up, they got offended and acted very cold . Have been in several times and this is the worse. I was on the phone with her the entire order. Very very unprofessional . Probably won’t go back and for sure will not recommend.

Remodeling of the places design gives it a more open light and airy feel. Staff remains friendly to everyone even if you don’t know what you want. They are very patient and I give thumbs up to the manager Tonya no matter who she’s working with you are guaranteed an ‘easy flow” to your time spent there.

This Subway location stands out from all the other Subways I have had the opportunity to frequent on a regular basis. The restaurant is clean. The service is professional and friendly. And the food is consistently good!! In a town where there are limited food options, I am thankful for this Subway!

Tonight I witness the “owner” degrade her employees in front of a line of waiting customers. I asked to speak with her privately about her comments concerning the workers and instead of listening she arrogantly asked me did I need a job instead of apologizing or correcting her actions. I tried to explain to her that she should appreciate her staff because during this pandemic at least they showed up to work plus half of her staff are new but she didn’t care. I even asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she made it clear she was the owner and there was nothing I could do. She even walked off while I was still talking to her. She is very rude and unprofessional and I will be calling corporate!!

I almost canceled my order and kept my money but I didn’t because these girls took their time to make our food and I made sure I told them it wasn’t ok for them to be treated like that, I told them that they are appreciated and even though I didn’t know them all, I was still going to stand up for them!

14 Feb ‘26 3:35 pm. First off, this Subway doesn’t take coupons. Second, the guy putting veggies on today was way too skimpy with them. He put six strips of green peppers and six slices of jalapeno on a footlong, had to ask for more twice. He also put tomato slices with the stem in them, I don’t eat tomato stem and had to ask him to replace with decent slices. Third, and what really pissed me off was the guy at register added a 20% tip without asking. Is that stealing? I believe it is. I usually tip cash and put $2 on counter but then picked it up when I realized that he did that. Lastly, the same lady was there today as usual putting the meat and cheese on bread. She actually cracked a smile today. See pic of receipt below.

20 Dec ‘25 11:30 am. Walk in and there’s three people ahead of me. Ordered the BMT. Behind the counter there’s a lady taking orders and putting meat and cheese on the bread, she doesn’t come across as friendly or maybe she just didn’t want to be there. Not important. Then there’s a guy putting toppings and wrapping the sandwich, he’s the busiest worker. Next, there’s a guy and all he’s doing is running the register but mostly just standing there waiting for the next sandwich to be made. Seems a smooth way of doing things just a bit of an uneven workload. My sandwich was really good.

Dec ‘24. 5 Stars. Online order. Ordered the Italian BMT Salad with Monterey Cheddar, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Pickles, Banana Peppers, MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette, Salt, Parmesan Cheese. It was perfect! Perfect ratio of ingredients. Could not have been better. Enjoyed very much. Was ready when promised. The ladies working today were awesome and hopefully they will get a nice Christmas bonus from the owner!

This subway has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, none of the workers are friendly it’s not a friendly atmosphere when you walk in no one greets you when asking for your order their tone is so dry and nothing warm about it. If working in customer service is the job that someone chooses then customer service is what should be given each time someone walks through the door.

It’s some of rudest people we went to the restaurant at 4:50pm September 24th and they had a family ahead of us. The gentleman and young lady refused to make our food told us the close at 5:00 it wasn’t 5 yet and then went on to argue its only 2 of us working. When we went out the door after begging for service mind you there is no where else really to eat. He comes and lock the door after asking us to leave how do you turn away customers and the door was open I will contact CORPORATE And they wonder the losing money
