Ordered italian herb as cheese as the bread and basically got white bread. Also requested it toasted for 60 seconds and the request was not fufilled– its not toasted AT ALL. Dont go here, 3rd time I’ve had bad service from this location.

Only giving it 3 stars because the food is good and certain workers there are amazing. The newer staff needs to be trained. I ordered a footlong sandwich, drink, and cookie. I was charged $18 for this. When I asked the lady why it was so much she said “you can look at the receipt.” I come in here weekly. I usually order through the app and get the same thing and it’s never more than $14. Even when coming in person it’s never been more than that. She had a bad attitude and terrible customer service. She rung me up for a meal and added chips on top of that. I did not order chips. Make sure to ask for your receipt next time to see what they’re charging you for.

So I’m a regular. I come in all the time to order souls for myself and my family and this time I ordered online and went to pick it up, came home, opened my sandwich, and it was incorrect. I ordered double meat, and I didn’t have that so I called to let them know I didn’t have it, they told me to come back and get another sub.The person (old staff) on the phone was wonderful. When I got there, the new staff was trying to tell me how the policy works and I understood that, but then he just threw my sandwich together with all my topping falling out on a piece of paper and rolled it up didn’t even cut it. Then told me he did what my receipt says and it did show them the extra meat but it was on the receipt when i picked it up. So I feel like the new staff needs to be retrained.

During our visit to Subway in Statesboro, GA, we were initially surprised to find the lobby relatively empty, especially considering there was an event at the nearby college. However, we soon realized that it might have been because the restaurant was gearing up for later offerings, which didn’t detract from our overall experience.

Despite the quiet ambiance, we were promptly greeted by the friendly staff who were more than happy to assist us in choosing our sandwiches. Their helpful suggestions made the decision-making process much easier, and we appreciated their patience and attentiveness.

The food itself was excellent, with our sandwiches prepared quickly and to our liking. Despite the rush of preparing for the evening’s event, the staff remained efficient and focused on delivering quality food with prompt service.

While the empty lobby initially gave us pause, our experience at Subway in Statesboro was ultimately a positive one. The delicious food, fast service, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable dining experience that we would happily repeat.

The branch of subway likes to play games. I had a subway cup that i was told I could refill with a purchase of a sub sandwich
. i purchase a sub, and other items only to be denied that privilege and threatened for police to be called. Also I brought a sandwich with added protein that was not added to my sandwich. I believe the idea was I am picking it up, but I wouldn’t notice that my sandwich was not made properly. Go here if you want to be disrespected and ripped off.

I used to be a regular at this Subway, but my last visit was the final straw. I placed an online order, and when I got home, only half of it was correct. It’s clear no one here cares about accuracy or customer service. If you can’t tell the difference between yellow mustard and honey mustard, this is the place for you. If you order Italian Herb & Cheese bread but would rather be given plain white bread, you’ll feel right at home. Online orders? Forget it—they clearly don’t care whether you get what you asked for.

I went to subway today ,ordered DoorDash and was picking up my order.I politely asked the employee if my order is ready.He replied in a very rude and arrogant manner telling me ‘’don’t ask me’’ ask the the other employee.The other employee made a face and gave me my order ,while they laughing and chatting with a customers.I don’t know if their pay rate is low ,that’s why they act so poorly or they are not properly trained .Regardless ,I think the management should teach the employees how to act professionally ,You can’t curse at a customer ,raise your voice ,make jokes or laugh out loud ,that’s not professional .People will be more likely to come back if they had a positive interaction .I don’t know who own this fast food but He should read some the reviews .I left a bad review a year ago ,this is my second time and things haven’t still changed
