I ordered a foot long sub online with extra sauces and to be cut into fours and I didn’t get neither. Called to speak with the manager and she was so unprofessional. They were out of jalapeno chips and bottles of zero sugar Pepsi. No real customer service. I will drive to Vidalia for Subway. 1st and last time.

I paid $5 for two cookies because the girl working charged me for two packs of cookies instead of two individual cookies. The guy who was in there was on his phone the entire time and was still on the phone when I went back in to point out I was overcharged. Neither bothered to look at my receipt.

I’m very irritated because I just paid $16 for a turkey titan because I got bacon added and slices of avocado . It says 33% more meat , and to that I say bullcrap. This is the sorriest sandwich I’ve ever seen. That’s how much turkey is on it . $16 . Got ripped off. Never again

I ordered a 6″ and 12″ cold cut combo and the people who made the order gave me ham and turkey on both sawdwiches and not even the right toppings on the sandwich. The order was suppose to be ready at 12:05 instead it was 12:15 when my order was ready. I called mulitple times to let them know my order my was not correct and they didnt wanna pick up the phone. Im hoping Corporate can do something bout this….

I ordered around 916pm and it got to me by 945, door dash. I ordered them toasted and one single corner of my sandwich had any coloring to it. The veggies were funny tasting. I ordered salt and pepper to be added and it wasn’t, not even a little. Almost every restaurant I eat from lately ruins my orders. Maybe it’s a good thing since I don’t really need to eat out… But occasionally I want to treat myself or my family to something besides home cooked meals, sometimes I need a break. Food service and prepping has gone so far downhill and this place was not excluded. It was horrible and a complete waste of hard earned money. Will definitely not return. Ordered the sweet onion teriyaki sub and a turkey sub.

One of the employees was clearly sick with a fever and was coughing on the sandwiches of the person in front of me. She did not cover her mouth, wash hands or change gloves the entire time I was there. The assistant manager did not address this issue at all, but did handle making my food without any problems. The lettuce in the prep area showed signs of not being kept cool and half was brown and wilted, despite being newly opened.

the three young people working 6-5-2023 morning need to be taught who the customer is not to argue that what you requested is not the way we do it here, such as please put the meat and cheese on then the vegs. and only heat the meat. This not only happened with me, but also the customer behind me.

This is the worst run Subway I have ever been to. One employee was wearing dirty street clothes serving food, and the other looked half asleep and like they didn’t to be there. No friendliness or attempt at welcoming the customer. During the time I was there, the drink dispensers were empty or looked gross, entire trays of bread were burned because of employee negligence, and the one worker was busy emptying the garbage cans while a line of customers waited until another finally emerged from the back. Very slow service and an overall nasty feel to the store, and I have been to tons of Subways. I won’t be back to this one.
