This is probably my go to subway store…the people here knows me by face and almost expect exactly what I want to eat so I mix it up quite a bit just to throw them off lol ….they are good to their regulars and will get you in and out with your food in a heartbeat…if you are in this area and you want a nice fat sub….come to this place

10 min wait because its busy, I understand. Getting mad at me when I asked you to change your gloves because you stop making my sandwich to help out on the register then return to my sandwich oh no. Then put the wrong stuff on my sandwich while I’m saying thats not right. Bummer

SHUT IT DOWN. I ordered two subs via doordash and only received one. And the one I received wasn’t even CORRECT. Literally everything was wrong. It was like the staff just made up a sub and the doordasher just took it. When I went to the store to have it corrected they said I had to return in the morning as they were closed. While I understand they were closed I was not a new customer and simply wanted my CORRECT order. They refused me and demanded I show up when they opened the next day. Good customer service would have been to correct the mistake and let me be on my way. I will absolutely return in the morning for my correct COMPLIMENTARY subs and will make sure to never order from this restaurant again.

I just had a very good experience at the Subway on Roosevelt Highway in College Park. It’s Fourth of July and we were just stopping by to grab something really quickly and there are these two young associates working. Both of them were so pleasant, helpful, cheerful. I wish I remembered their names but I wanted to send this review and recognize them for their excellent service.

I go in & asked if they could grab a soft slice of bread that I could see & the guy who was there at first got the loafs & I tried to be more specific so I told him to go to bottom row from where I could see & I noticed he went way to floor so I told him not all the way there & he decided to walk away instead of taking the order, got mad & walked off so the other young lady who’s at the register comes to make the order & already had an attitude when I asked where was the manager so when I went over the same issue about wanting a loaf on the row I could see I got specific I told her the 5th row the rack in the back that is visible to me so she claims they don’t usually do that with an attitude & I was telling her I’ve been there before & done exactly this & had no issue & ended up leaving because she was talking over me & just was so rude & there was no management. But I called & a lead was there & he said he’d speak to them about the situation hopefully
