Falsely advertising a promotion that they refuse to honor. They have had this promotion decal on their window for a month and this is the second time I went in a month apart and the person working there said they aren’t honoring the deal and it’s for next month, the time before that same guy stated the deal was over and hadn’t taken down sign down.

If they isn’t something you are offering take the decal down and stop false advertising to get people in.

There are several other subway that have this sign and participating on this offer.

When I walked in I didn’t feel welcomed, the worker looked like he didn’t want to be there (understandable) but he did not give the customer service that one would expect. The vegetables were not fresh, I didn’t feel like I got the ” fresh” that Subway promotes, I was very disappointed. The worker also coughed a couple of times, it made me uncomfortable, that was not hygienic, It made me rethink choosing Subway . Very disappointed with my experience, will not bring my business back.

Barely any ingredients on my sub. Ordered a cold cut combo online. Should have checked it before getting back in my car. There was one incredibly thin piece of bologna and one ridiculously thin piece of salami. That’s it – basically see-through meat. Sure, the lettuce and tomatoes were fine – but that’s not what you order. Lots of options around here, fortunately. Won’t come back here again.

The sub was dry with very little mayonnaise. The staff seemed annoyed when I came and quickly handed me my food and went back to talking. Manager claimed drink machine was broken and give me a 20 oz drink rather than the cup of soft drink I wanted. The sub was C-, the service was lackluster and no one was eating in there. Take this review as you will!

No hair nets. The guy making my sub was sweating profusely. My chicken was served cold. My cookies were hard, definitely not fresh! I was really craving a sub. I should have went to Publix. Smh!

Staff are very polite. Food is made very quickly after ordering in the app. Today the soda machine wasn’t working which was a little annoying. I can tell there probably a problem with homeless stealing and soliciting to customers but I’m sure the staff is as fed up as anyone and I don’t blame them.
