This location is always cheap with the meat. The guy with the glasses claim it was two scoops. I didn’t feel like arguing I just left and went to another subway in college park. Now, she used two scoops and as you can see there’s meat. Not that BS he tried to serve me. Like what y’all saving the meat for. I’m pretty sure that meat is going bad and they are just serving it because they refuse to use the proper portions. Trust me you are only hurting your business in the end by doing this.

The customer service is great! My vegetarian mom lives less than a mile away from this location. She has dementia and has been eating here 3 to 4 times a week. I visited with my mom today, drove her to Subway, and Janelle, one of the sandwich artisans acknowledged her, greeted her and immediately started to prepare her 12 foot long tofu sandwich exactly the way my mom likes it. Janelle cuts it in half so she can have one for lunch and the other half for dinner. It warmed my heart to know that they Janelle has elevated customer service to a whole different level by dignifying my mom by serving her respectfully even when we may not always be there with her.

It must be new management at this location.I see a big difference. Not for the good.. This use to be one of my favorite location. I was able to give my sandwich to someone who really needed. I’m blessed to be able to go to another Subway right after & was pleased with what I paid for. The sandwich from this location was nasty. Absolute terrible experience. My family spent over $80 for rude customer service. The sandwiches were not made correctly and when I talked with staff they refused to remake the sandwiches. I called to speak with the manager and he argued with me about remaking the food and hung up in my face. I will not be back and I will be disputing with my bank.

This place is Horrible. Indian own and ran. Big language Difference. They are over charging for sandwiches and giving you less food. And they are unapologetic when you bring it to their attention. I will never eat at this Place Again. 3 Sandwhiches came out to $45.
