Landon, you did a GREAT JOB!!! I hope your manager knows what a great employee he/she has in you. I applaud your customer service. Amazing job young man!!
It was really busy today around 1 pm , the line was very long . He was all by himself in the store and he was handling it so well. He was doing his best making the sandwiches as quick as possible and he kept his cool the whole time and with a nice smile welcoming customers and wishing a good day. You can tell he cares. Thank you so much Landon ☺️
The Bad.. an employee was clearly taking a break.. eating her soup and on her phone. She got up from the table came around (didn’t wash her hands) put on some gloves, and started fixing sandwiches, and she was coughing and breathing down on the customers sandwiches. In between the customers she went back to eating her soup behind the counter instead of letting the other employee finish the orders.
