I tried to order on-line, but my VISA gift credit card was refused. I went into the store, using the same gift card, refused again. I had 3 from Christmas. I tried all 3. All refused. It was so ridiculously embarrassing. I knew the balance on each card. Finally paid for my order with my debit and left. Used the 3 remaining cards over the week with no problem. Dump Subway and try Jersey Mike’s. They happily accepted my gift card. Something shady is going on at NCB Subway.

A few years back this location had friendly customer service, and they seemed to know how to build a sandwich. Lately the customer service has completely tanked, and they just throw your sandwich together like slop.
I’m not sure what happened, but they can’t seem to keep employees, and the ones that are there, are miserable. Yesterday specifically, the employees did not greet us, and were rushing us through the order. Mind you, when we arrived we were the only ones in there. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that they did that to everyone who came in. Then I realized one of the employees was rushing to sit in the dining area to look at his phone. Maybe it was his break time? That’s no excuse for delivering crappy service.
I’ve had enough. There are plenty of other sandwich spots we can go to.

The help is always friendly. The food is always good.

UPDATE: today was a better sub.They put more on it. I was satisfied this time so I will add two more stars. Maybe next time we can add the rest of the stars.

I got a turkey titan there never wanting to put enough lettuce or condiments on the sandwiches but I also got the broccoli soup which is usually cooking in the front but I was asked did I want it heated I got it to work it’s cold and looks weird and tasted like water. Health inspectors need to come check this place out.

I want to thank the kindest employee from Subway that I’ve experienced, Ms. Kristin. I truly appreciate her great attitude and personal touch to treating me with respect and warmth. She made me return to this store today as I felt like my visiting was appreciated and there’s nothing better than to be helped by someone who performs like they enjoy their work as big or small as it may be viewed by others. This was big for me, she brightened my day as it was a rough one for me and she made all the difference. Thank you Kristen and Subway family for making an excellent choice on an employee.

Was a live cockroach by the bread holder and I watched the employee kill it with his slipper while still on the holder! Wasn’t gonna eat my sandwich but I already bought it so unfortunately I ate it and my sandwich was so small. They didn’t put enough of anything that I asked for. Barely any cheese, pickles or even mayo. It was more bread than it was ingredients inside the sandwich! I will never come back here! TERRIBLE SANDWICH MAKING & ROACHES NEAR THE FOOD!

Service was horrible. The guy can’t hear you for talking over you. Do better and wash your hands the next time you come back in from using your vape. You’re working with food for goodness sake.
