I walked into Subway mentally stable and left in a committed relationship with a footlong.
The bread was oh so warm. Not too warm tho.
The meat was stacked like they were trying to impress me specifically.
I said “extra sauce” and the sandwich artist smiled the way people smile right before making questionable decisions.
No eye contact.
No safe word.
Just sauce.
They wrapped that sub like it was fragile, dangerous, and fully aware of its power. When they slid it into that sack, I felt seen. Desired. Slightly nervous.
I ate it in my car with the windows fogged up and zero shame.
That sandwich changed me. I will be thinking about it during unrelated moments of my life.
Subway didn’t ask if I was ready.
They just fed me and let me deal with the consequences.

Coming at lunchtime was great. The staff was fast and efficient and everyone was happy and the food is fresh and delicious. My sandwich is made with so much love. Sending love to Kenzie and Matthew and E hands down thank you for the great service guys. I will definitely come back and recommend others.

I placed an online order to pick up for 4 sandwiches and when I got home. 2 sandwiches were correct but the last 2 sandwiches you couldn’t even see the meat on it and they didn’t put any toppings on the sandwiches that we asked for. Asked for lettuce, tomato, black olives, onions, jalapeños, mayo, ranch and southwest Chipotle sauce and got nothing except little meat and cheese but atleast they did toast it. This is the 2nd time I’ve placed on an online order and they left off the toppings. This location is the only one I’ve ever ordered at that can’t seem to be able to read enough to make the online orders. They’re great if you’re standing there watching them make it but when it comes to online orders they can’t seem to get it right.

Will never order here again. My sandwich was not made correctly and they refused to answer the phone when I called to informed them. I ordered an American club that includes ham, Turkey and bacon but they omitted the bacon. Crazy!

Aubree and Alli were working and Alli was working on a timed order. No biggie. But Aubree was restocking the drinks after she saw me, and made me wait over five minutes. I had to ask if I was going to get helped. Aubree was more than capable of helping me while Alli was working on the other order. I wish I could give zero stars. I get it work sucks but you don’t have to be rude to customers.

Got a new protein bowl which is basically a sub as a salad which they already had. Difference is mine had no salad in it at all. Just a little bit of spinach. Salads aka protein bowls are nothing like commercials and they don’t give you much at all for almost $8 dollars. Slowly not returning to Subway.

Usually I don’t have complaints about this location but I was really disappointed with my order on 12/20. Ordered double meat this time as a Christmas treat for us, got home to find our sandwiches quite skimpy and very light on the vegetables too. The sandwiches used to be over flowing, not this evening. careful when you mobile order from this store. everytime they switch the breads on a 2 sandwhich order. when i finally went out of my comfort zone to try mayo, i asked for it LITE and its LOADED. to the point i dont want my sandwhich because its a nasty mayo taste. idk if its expired or if its just a bad mayo because its awful. and LOADED. i asked for extra pickles and i couldn’t even see them. there was literally 4 small ones.
i paid $20 for 2 subs and no drinks and got a bottle of mayo basically. thanks for the one meal i can have today.

The sandwich was skimpy. They had almost no toppings. but the price was the same. Why have they placed shields up in front of the case? So that you cannot see them short you. The sandwiches are considerably smaller than they use to be. They can’t shorten the six inch measurement, but they can reduce the width. Subway, you should be ashame. What is being said on the news is exactly right.
