The workers are very rude and have a weird hatred for coupons. My boyfriend used a coupon and they said it can only be used for an online order. My boyfriend places the order at the wrong store and we try to resolve the issue. When we couldn’t we told the lady never mind and then said “I’ll give you it this time but no more coupons “. Then my boyfriend explains to her that he wants to cancel because he purchased at the wrong store. She cuts him off and starts yelling at him like he’s a child that he shouldn’t use coupons and waste their time, and yelled until we left out the door. Mistakes happen and they don’t know basic human decency, so I’ll never spend my money over there.

The worst subway I’ve ordered from. I asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread for BOTH of my subs, instead I was given what they wanted me to have. They made one sub on white bread, and the other on wheat. For them to make my sandwiches any way they wanted without asking me is unacceptable. I could have had a wheat allergy, and here they are making one sandwich with wheat. I also asked for Lay’s Chips and Jalapeño Chips, I was give cool ranch Doritos, and no other bag to replace the Lay’s. Then they had the nerve to leave the bag of cookies open along with the entire bag being left opened when someone was delivering my food. ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY FOOD ON ITS WAY HERE! I am extremely dissatisfied and if I could give 0 stars I would. I truly hate this subway specifically because the owners are extremely rude, and when they screw your order up, they don’t like to take accountability. Instead they become irate and tell you there’s no other way to solve the issue. DO BETTER! It’s no reason why yall are making people’s orders however yall want without notifying the customer what is available and what isn’t. Never eating here again.

Literally not a very nice location. Clean enough but staff isn’t at all friendly. I feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer any time I go. No one has ever greeted me, thanked me, or any niceties. Seem very annoyed with customers using coupons or gift cards. Close location yet not for me.

First time at this location, And it will be my last. Staff act like you’re a nuisance and treat you with no respect and they hate using coupons, why work a job where you have to engage with people just to be rude?.

All I have to say is…if you order online for pickup, check your sandwich before you leave! They REALLY skimp and cheat you on meat and toppings on online orders! Paid $13 for turkey and ham footling and could barely find any meat or toppings! Mostly bread! Should have gone to Publix!

I placed an order o the app and checked out as a guest. Money was taken from my account but the employee at the store refused to give me the food because I didn’t have a receipt number due to having checked out as a guest. I have been trying to call the store for over a week, they either don’t answer or answer and then hang up. The customer service app just sent an email saying my issue has been resolved. It has definitely not been, it hasn’t even been addressed. Every phone number for subway corporation plays a message and then hangs up. This company is awful and the franchise at this location in Lake City is the worst!

I would never go back to this subway I simply asked for a fresh lettuce because the lettuce that they had on display was clearly turning brown. He refused to give me fresh lettuce and he was rude. Bad customer service. This location needs to be closed down. I have never had a good experience here.

I ordered a 6in ham turkey with everything. Mayo, ranch, oil and vinegar. The sub was dry the meat slice was cut in half and the EVERYTHING they put on it was just lettuce and tomatoes HORRIBLE FOR $8
