I ordered my Italian sub online. It was ready when I got there.
When I got home with my sandwich it was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway !!! The guy included the wet deli paper and juice got all over my sandwich. it was a mess!!! It was more like a salad and sandwich!!!
When I came in the guy was leaning over the counter on the phone. He has no pride in his work at all!!! He doesn’t need to make sandwiches for Subway at all!!!
I will not be back at this location!!!

Clean and tidy Subway. Currently dine in is closed due to Covid-19 but still the floors are clean and well sanitized. Good and friendly staff and greet the customers very well. Staff has knowledge about ongoing deals. They do take online orders. The food quality is also great.

The employee came from the back, greeted me, proceeded to put on gloves, wiped and cleaned his nose on his arm. With mucus on his bare arm asked me what would I like today. I turned around and walked out!! It was the most disgusted thing I’ve ever witnessed and will NEVER EVER go near the Locust Grove subway again!! If i could give this place no stars I would.

I recently received fantastic service from three amazing ladies. We just moved to this area and decided to try this Subway location on Highway 155 in the Chevron plaza. They made great suggestions for my sandwiches and they were all so kind and friendly. The atmosphere is so welcoming and warm. The food is super fresh and it’s so clean. Fantastic customer service

The manager that night was very rude. They gave my pick up order to someone else I asked for a refund or if he could remake my order since it was given away to someone else he refused to give me a refund or remake my order he told me to dispute it with my bank. He was very unprofessional, and I would never come back here again
