I placed my order just to get there after driving 15 minutes just to have my order canceled and my kids were hungry so I not only had to find another solution but had to wait for my money to be returned to my card because they shut the store down early they close at 10 and the lights were off at 9:30 when we got there which is the time they said my food would be ready and I called right after ordering just to be sure everything was available but no answer just for them to cancel 6 minutes after I ordered. Again I called multiple times before arriving.

I came in to order an Italian BMT and a ham sandwich and asked for all the toppings — something I’ve done at other Subways without issue. The employee told me I’d be charged extra for veggies beyond lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. When I pushed back, he was rude, so I walked out. Shockingly, he put the sandwiches and toppings he started making for me right back into the bins. Totally unsanitary and unprofessional. Won’t be back — this location lives up to its bad reviews.

The guy acted like he didn’t even wanna be here. Tried to argue with me because he put ham on my sandwich when I asked for a chicken one. And then left out my tomatoes when I asked him to put some on. Clearly only care to get back to his phone at one of the tables.

Nasty service! I guess the Subways have been bought out. If I didn’t watch him make my sandwich, he would have been eating it. I haven’t eaten Subway in a long time and I quickly remembered why. Service these days has gone to the dumps. If you don’t want to work, don’t! It’s fairly simple. I was mad to get home and see an “all footlongs are $6.99 commercial” and mine was $11+.

Horrible customer service, very rude workers, unclean/unhygienic environment

Ordered a Tuna Sandwich and it was very hard, either expired or was on shelf for way too long. something definitely wrong with that tuna. after few bites we informed one of the workers, he offered to remake the sandwich with a new batch of tuna from inside. when we get to the counter, the cashier “Chad” is like you have to pay for this. so Paid $8 for the first sandwich and now because they had problem with Tuna, I was asked to pay another $8 for remake. side note, even one of the workers who preps tuna, agreed something is wrong with the Tuna being hard. Any Ways what a way to rip-off customers!!!

on top of that I think they have those plastic gloves in the store for a reason. one of the workers, was using the same old glove for doing everything from making sandwiches to doing other things in the store and then coming back to make more sandwiches.

Later on of the workers goes into the bathroom to fix the clog bathroom situation, However, he comes out after few minutes unable to fix the clog, puts the sign “out-of-order” and returns to sandwich making. I can just wonder, what kind of germs might’ve gotten onto this shirt that is coming in close contact with the food.

they were also out of many types of bread, just had like types available. someone else also made a comment on them being out of ingredients

Went there today to get two subs and two chips and a drink 1 sub was just black Forrest ham the second sub was suppose to be the 9.98 double meat double cheese sandwich they offer when they went to make the sandwich he put 6 pieces of meat of the double! Then when we tried to correct him he started to get loud with me so I asked for a refund because the sandwich was wrong I then got informed that I couldn’t get a refund remind you my order came out to 33.47 then he informed me I needed to pay for my ham sandwich again once he finally argued with me about my refund he returned it. We then went to the subway in griffin got the same thing and it was only 21.53. This subway location is trying to over charge you and not giving the quality or quantity of there product I do not recommend this place at all!!

REVIEW EDIT:
Previously, about a year ago, I’d reviewed all positive as the foods were fresh, staff friendly, prep, EVERYTHING good a year ago. NOW, it’s a whole hot mess of a retail chain as there are new owners so the staff are awful, foods are old & stale, & overall, it’s a waste of space.
I’d gone today after several months & food is still bad and not fresh. The staff are always occupied doing NOTHING. & it’s proof of decline of food & service where as it was always packed, now, like a ghost town.
Apparently this chain location should shut down as it’s nothing of what it used to be and the food is downright disgusting, old, undress, & staff can’t understand customers & vice versa. It changed for the worse. Proof when I’d ordered my food, empty & as I prepped to leave, 1 customer came in, saw then left right back out. My sandwich, inedible as my bread hard, meats not fresh, & if I’d not said anything, my bacon would be uncooked. Staff also dropped my sandwich when I’d mentioned I wanted my bacon cooked. SAD!
Not recommend, not giving business anymore & seems as consumers aware & avoid altogether.

I love this location. I’ve come to love the staff, one person in particular, a gentleman whom is the most faithful employee EVER. He is most times the only one there and he makes the bomb salads and sandwiches. I call him a Salad Artist truly because he is. He’s attentive, ensures there are fresh ingredients preparing foods as customer’s request!!**
