UNACCEPTABLE!! I stopped going here a year ago because of severe under-portioning. I gave it a chance again today bc I was late to work and did a mobile order. This sandwich had literally 4 slices of meat! A footlong turkey and ham for $10.99! Yeah, don’t use me to save money bc your sales are low. I felt so disrespected, but was already at work and could not returned. Never again.

Been to this subway a few times and everytime I go there drink machine never works they try to upsell a bottle coke. Food sucks as well. Should have seen the lettuce it was brown wish I got a pic of it. All the veggies looked like 1 week old

I went their to get a sub sandwich what I notice that they have this big iron thing up blocking where you can’t see how fresh their food is. Then the lady just started yawning over the food as she was fixing my sub. I told her I didn’t want it and left. If you don’t want to be sick I highly recommend you not go there! Just poor service!

She simply wasn’t listening to my request and doing whatever SHE wanted! She put old spinach on my sandwich after i clearly pointed to the bin of fresh spinach! She said “It’s The Same” , yea one was old and one was fresh! I preferred fresh! I ordered a footlong and I’m 100% sure she didn’t give me all my meat! Any other subway I go to, the meat is perfect on the footlong. This place is stingy and are cheating people!

I placed an online order at the wrong location (my mistake). However, I called the location and asked if it was possible to cancel/refund my order because I was 30 minutes away. The Manager said her name was Ale and she had no idea how to do refunds or cancel orders that I would have to contact corporate. I asked for the corporate information, but was told that she had no idea what it was. I asked a few times was there anything that she could do she told me no. I went to the location anyways which was 30 minutes away and my order was sitting on the counter. I asked if it could be remade simply because it was just sitting with mayo and mustard on it and soggy bread. Ale said no, that’s not her problem. Again, I asked could I just be refunded because I no longer wanted the food. She said no, and still did not remake it. I ended up leaving with no food and no money back.

I’ve been to this place a handful of times and only eat here when I have a deal. I work in the area and don’t have a car so I have to rotate my options. My biggest issue with this place is the lack of meat they put on their sandwiches. You see the cheese before the meat and literally have to pay for extra meat to get a decent portion. I normally order ahead and it’s always the same thing.by the time you eat the sandwich down it’s like a salad on bread. The inside is nice usually clean and quiet. The staff is pretty normal but the rationing going on really give subway a bad name. Like I said I only eat when I have a deal never pay full price in less I’m going to go ahead and pay for extra meat. I’ll come back with an updated post and photo next time. I’m sure the sandwich will be making then too.

I placed an online order for 9pm while the hours read they had temporary hours for that location to closed at 9pm. Arrived 10 minutes til 9. The doors was already locked while another person standing outside saying they closed early. I knocked on the door to ask about my order. The people could see me and waved me off. They would not answer the door or phone. I had to call the police since they kept waving me off to ask about a refund or my order. The police checked and said that my order was placed for another location so definitely my mistake with that. However, trying to ignore me while also closing before the time listed on the door was rude and unacceptable.
