I ordered our subs on line … they were ready when I got to the store to pick them up. The Subway is inside a truck stop … convenient parking is scarce, but I found a spot! Our subs were real good and I got to use a coupon … buy 1 foot long, get a 6″ free!!! Happy girl!!!

The line was long due to an inconvenient customer who was getting food for other people. He didn’t know what to get for one of his friends and told the young lady to put everything on the sandwich. She politely asked him if he was sure because she didn’t want to put anything on there that he didn’t want . He repeatedly told her to put everything on and said “what’s the issue?” Once she started to put everything on the sandwich, he got upset and told her to stop and not to touch the sandwich any longer. She stopped and asked him if it was fine . The girls worked quickly to try and resolve the issue and even offered to remake it however he still continued to be difficult. They made sure to keep the line going while trying their best to satisfy this difficult customer. All 3 sandwiches they made for me came out perfectly & their teamwork was amazing.

I’d give it less stars if I could me and my dad were getting subs and I decided not to do it because the employee working there took literally 20 minutes to make a stake and cheese. I’ve never seen worse customer service or a slower human being in my life
