I did an order online with the bogo deal for pickup. It allowed me to use the coupon online for the location at 11135 tara blvd. I sat at the location for 25 minutes. They stated they did not receive an order. I showed him my online receipt with confirmation. The employee stated I had to do it again. I looked at my emails and my order was cancelled/voided. After I told him what I ordered Mgr stated that they do not participate in the coupon. I asked why was I able to use coupon online sitting in the parking lot. His solution for me was to Next time call the location. This is very unprofessional and wasted time. I will never go to subway again.

Got a turkey sub for the $6.99 deal but there was no turkey. The shorted me with literally 2 slices of meat. Just don’t honor the deal if you not going to properly make the sandwich. They need to be reported and need consequences for using subway name and giving poor service and treatment of their customers. It’s ridiculous and the attitude is even crazier.

I had a sandwich from here veggie one to be precise, honestly it was really good i like the behaviour of the staff they were really friendly and always had a smile, the food was made exactly how i wanted it to be i would come here again and recommend my friends to visit the store and order. The store was really clean and well maintained, the services were really good.
