First let me say if I could give them a ZERO I would. The server got upset because I pointed out the very thin sliced meat and how it was ONLY a half slice the ham. He then responds by saying I need to pay BEFORE he makes the sandwich bc he doesn’t want a problem! And there won’t be as my consumer dollars can be spent WHERE I choose and it WILL NOT BE THERE!

Visited 7/6/2024 at 3:15pm. Subway has posted on their menu, turkey. Bacon avocado for 14.99. Sandwich rang up for 16.99 total being $18.35. Employees in location claim they did not know how to refund money nor contact management. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Any business that trains employees to purposely take your hard earned $ cannot be trusted. On top of this lettuce was at least 4- days old tomatoes were mini size and bread is extra small. I frequent other subway so therefore will not be a problem to stay away.

I’ve been going to this subway for over a year now. It’s inside the Walmart. I usually go during lunch time. I have no complaints at all. This location is always clean, the meats and vegetables look fresh all the time and the employees that work their are always generous, polite and know what their doing. The problem that I see nowadays is you have this kind of people that come in to subway with bad attitudes or having a bad day and want to take it out on the employees or for some reason they think they can talk to them how they want just because their buying a sandwich. It’s doesn’t work like that. If you want respect, you gotta give respect. Simple as that. Trust me when I say this, you want a good experience then go in their with the right attitude, be patient, be polite and you’ll leave very satisfied.

The staff is rude i went in for lunch and order 2 foot longs and a 6”. The lettuce was brown. I ask for fresh lettuce and the staff said that’s all we have with an attitude. And my food was over $30. And not fresh. When food is expensive it should at least be fresh. Horrible customer service

They need major help. They work really slow and, my pickup order was bad. They’re out of a lot of things. If I didn’t check, I wouldn’t have gotten the cookies I paid for. The proper toppings weren’t on my sliders or my sub; and they were stingy with the toppings. I paid extra for pepperoni to be in the salad and there was no pepperoni. I’m not impressed AT ALL!

I wish I could have given 0 stars on this!! Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a subway tonight just trying to grab something quick for the family. I was there 30 minutes for my food to be made while other people came in and left with theirs. The person making my food seemed as though he was high and his behavior and conversation with other staff was extremely inappropriate. Management definitely needs to address this issue and not allow young kids to operate a business prior to closing. At this point I really have no intentions on going back here after tonight.

Placed an order through the online app $103 and never received order
They kept saying that it was picked up for delivery (Uber Eats) but it wasn’t.
Kept calling and received different responses and when I asked them to tell me what I ordered they would say something different each time.
Horrible and need to be investigated.
My order was for my mother’s birthday event and never received.

Subway is subway. Regardless of where you go. The employees running each store make the difference. Went in today for lunch and the store was clean. Bathrooms clean. They move the line great. Options fresh. Employees happy. Not stingy on amount per item requested. Overall great experience
