Seems this locations always has some sort of problem. Went in today and the coupon scanner was down and could not be honored. Then they were out of garlic and herb cheese bread. Do better and let’s practice some customer service skills!!

I have tried ordering melts multiple times from this location. (And others to be frank)
They are never made. You’re given a Regular Sub, with almost less toppings than a normal sub would!
No “3x the cheese”, or anything.

I’m not one to write a review…I went it on a Sunday around 2pm. To order a sandwich like one does. They were out of ham and had frozen churros that they asked me to wait for (30 minutes). Since it’s a weekend after church I expect them to have everything in stock and to be slightly busy. I walk in to one person ordering and the employee took her sweet time. I understand if she was new but she was being slower than a new hire. The “manager” that seemed to be on duty was also very rude to a customer that was asking a simple question. Over all I don’t recommend this location…

both times i’ve come here there’s only been one person working and it takes forever, also if you can’t take curbside DON’T HAVE IT AS AN OPTION. we waited 20 minutes before i had to walk in and ask what was going on, no one checked with us, we were waiting right in front of the store.

All these negative comments are from people that nothing in this world would make happy. I’m sure they are Democrats. Absolutely No reason not to be kind and Thankful for this Awesome Team. Came at 11:58am on a Thursday, placed a pickup order like I usually do. It’s usually ready at the pickup time. Was informed it was not ready an that I had to wait for six customers to get served first an that the online pickup order time is always wrong ! I know it’s a lie , I’ve been coming here for months and now I’m done I’m outside waiting with four kids , two are twin babies btw . This is ridiculous…

If I could this store no stars, I would. Their customer service sucks and they never have their toaster working or the ingredients every other store does. The girl working tonight literally told my husband that it takes too long for her to chop his salad up and there is hardly any lettuce in his “salad”. I will never be going back here ever. The store in williamson, on South Hill Street, and the one in barnesville are sooooo much better. If you’re ever going to spend money at Subway do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Apparently they don’t “carry” any gluten free stuff like the other stores either. Oh well. Too many bad experiences at this one store. I won’t be going back unless the manager does something about his employees or the store does something about it’s manager .
