This location for years was a prime example of how an exceptional franchise is ran, but over the past 18 months there’s been a clear but steady decline in food quality, order accuracy, and service standards. I tried to give them time to correct the issues. I’ve experienced stale or burnt bread, incorrect orders, drink machines being empty, and most recently a paid mobile order the store claimed wasn’t in their system. Refund issued eventually, but no effort to resolve the issue while in store so despite money being taken from my account and I showed proof of the order on the app they would not make my order and I had to go somewhere else. —overall disappointing

This is the best Subway in Griffin. I’ve been to this location several times and my sandwich is always delicious. The bread is super soft, the toppings are crisp and fresh , unlike some of the other locations. It doesn’t take much to keep everything fresh and clean so that your customers with come back because of excellent customer service. Go visit the Subway on the highway across from Walmart.

Tried calling the store several times to cancel my order and to be refunded and no one is answering. Dont know if the number works or not.
Update, it worked and was told to wait for my issue to be resloved by someone else and waited another 20 minutes. At this point, I don’t even want to order subway again if its this difficult to get in touch with staff about order issues.

We ordered our sandwiches online, with how we wanted them fixed. I noticed that when we picked up the order, the sandwiches looked kinda small for footloose. We got home. opened the sandwiches and noticed everything was wrong. I called the store and spoke with who I assumed is the manager or owner, I told him they got our order wrong and he at first wanted me to send him a picture. I told him that I would bring him the food back so they could fix it the way we ordered it. At first they didn’t want to,I had to explain to him what was wrong with the order. They fixed 2 new sandwiches and apologized. But I won’t be ordering from that Subway again!

My husband went to pick up supper and he said it was disrespectful when the people making the subs and the customers were just talking loud and hollering at each other i. And the second the sub sandwiches had barely any food in them. I ordered vegetables, peppers, onions, pickles, and I barely got any peppers and onions, so I wouldn’t go there again even how close it is to my house sorry but you need to step up to the plate people.

My wife, son, and I happily drive a little out of our way just to visit this Subway, even though there are a few closer to us—because honestly, none of them come close to the atmosphere David and his team have created here.
David, the manager, runs this location with real pride and care. You can tell he puts his heart into making sure customers are happy and the place stays clean, welcoming, and consistent. He’s not just managing a store—he’s creating a vibe. And it shows.
Makiala and Ebony bring the energy every time we’re in. They’ve got fun, friendly personalities that make you feel like more than just a customer. They’re quick with a smile and even quicker with service, and they remember your order like you’re part of the family.
Joseph, the newest face, fits right in. He’s got a great attitude and you can already see he’s going to be another reason we keep coming back.

You can tell that management have definitely changed. Nothing appeared fresh and I came in at noon. They gave me old bread and I consistently had to ask for more vegetables. I don’t know if it’s a cost saving method…It’s not working.

Bread was hard and dry. No tomatoes. Lettuce looked like it was leftover from the day before. From 2013 through 2019 we ate lunch there once a week. Can’t say we will be back.
