I ordered online bc I don’t feel well. My husband ordered in person went there to pick up my order. They did not put lettuce and cucumbers in my salad. My husband had to go back down there to get my drink, got back home 2nd time I had to go back down there the 3rd time to get them to fix my salad and give me my cookie. If they can’t do no better then this with this app then they don’t need this app. This is the last time I order from this app unless I go down there myself to make sure they get the order right. I even called down there phone ringed voicemail and it was full. I called about 20 times so they could give everything to my husband but no one answered the phone. Yes I’m upset bc they should have got it right the 1st time or answer the phone so I would not have to go down there a 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculously and I’m angry about it. If subway I’m Franklin GA can’t do no better then this with the app they don’t need to use it. I get ppl make mistakes but u could at least answer the phone to save me a 3rd trip.

Food was cold but rather good. The older lady that was working tonight sure had a terrible attitude. We asked for out sandwich to be toasted and she snapped back with an attitude the toaster was broke .

This is the best subway around. I work in Newnan and will never go to those subways again. For those who want to complain about the young employees, try visiting the temple Ave subway and you will then appreciate the hard working young subway workers in Franklin. Franklin subway is fast, larger portions, friendly, courteous, and clean.

Showed up at 7:20pm Sunday night. They locked the door while we were in the parking lot. 3 cars including ours all left. We had 6 people that would have all bought food. What a way to lose business. The door said they were open until 10pm. We pulled on the door and they just looked at us. The people next to us called and said subway would answer and hang up.

I am giving this Subway one star because they are always always messing up my online order! It is never ready when I go pick it up and there is a different excuse every time. And then they make me wait until the line is gone to make the order! The point of ordering online is to avoid the lines. My food is already paid for so I should just be able to pick it up! This has happened to me four times already so that’s why I’m writing a bad review! If this changes then I will be more than happy to change my rating! Thank you!
