Subject: Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional and Rude.
I am leaving me review to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had at your subway location on September 3, 2025. The conduct of the staff, particularly the manager, was unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable.
Upon placing my order, I attempted to use a coupon that I had. The manager responded very abruptly and became extremely short and dismissive when I mentioned the coupon. He listed only three sandwiches that could be used with the coupon, which was inaccurate as I have experienced at other Subway locations where the coupon was valid for any sandwich.
After fixing my sandwich, he placed three pieces of meat on a large, thick hoagie bun. I explained that I did not want the sandwich because of his rude , very little food on the sandwich and disrespectful attitude. Despite my decision, he insisted I purchase the sandwich after I told him I will take my business elsewhere and told me, “Don’t ever come back to this store again,” which I found to be both unprofessional and hostile.
His behavior was dismissive, nasty, and completely lacked the courtesy expected in customer service. This experience has left me very dissatisfied and disappointed with your brand’s customer care standards.
Customer respect and professionalism should be a priority, and I trust anybody who cares about customer service where you giving them your money and this manager cares about nothing please don’t give this location your money. They don’t deserve your business!
The new team tries their best to speak English. I think we should appreciate that and give them courage to keep going. because it’s no easy for them.
When it came to the food, I was pleased to see a wide range of options available. From classic meatball subs to vegetarian options like the veggie delight, there was something for everyone. I decided to try the turkey breast sandwich, which came loaded with fresh veggies and was topped with a delicious honey mustard sauce. The bread was soft and tasted freshly baked, which made all the difference.
Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Subway. The food was fresh, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or need a meal on the go, I would definitely recommend stopping by this location.
The guy and the lady that served me i can’t thank them enough.
They need promotion good care from the manager.
