This is my second time at this location in roughly a month. I have had a great sub each time. Meats and veggies were plentiful. I had tuna once and then pictured was just a salami and shredded jack cheese, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, banana pepper, lettuce, mayo, chipotle, oil and vinegar. The Italian bread was soft and baked perfect. The lady was prompt and greeted me with a smile. I was in and out under five minutes. Will return.

Crappy service the male that has black hair with headphones in working night shift on October 14th at 8:35pm, was very rude I came in for a mobile order one of my sandwiches is a flatbread sandwich and as someone who has worked for subway in the past I know it’s supposed to be toasted, I explained this to him nicely and he gave me attitude and decided just to toast the sandwich with all the toppings on it without asking me if I wanted my veggies toasted which is also a no no. This guy clearly either needs to go or be retrained with customer service and sandwich making I’m disappointed and I will be going to corporate and demanding a refund because this is unacceptable how I was treated and the food I wanted so bad is now ruined .

Loved it as always. Subway is among my favorite places to eat. The only reason I don’t come more often is the price.
I wish we could get “healthy sandwiches” at more affordable prices.
My son and I ate here, 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, 2 drinks and a shared desert… plus tip… for $40. That’s $20 a person. I could do this only when I have gift cards, as I can’t afford it on my regular budget.
I typically look for places to eat at around $5 a person or less, which is never a healthy option! So outings like this is a special treat.

I only gave this 1 star, as it was required to leave a star in order to post a review. I have not seen such blatant unprofessionalism in a while. Walked in with my son at about 9:25 PM. A Group of what appears to be young adults, or teens possibly, were gathered in the corner of the store yelling “guys there’s a customer here” when I walked in. Next, an employee in the back yells “just as I started washing dishes” as if annoyed. Staff members and/or other customers in the corner of the are snickering and giggling as an employee walks to the front, offering no greeting, no eye contact. Everyone still snickering and giggling. My son and I left. No order was placed, nothing was said. We just made our way to the exit. I’ve never received decent customer service during any of my prior visits to this location. However, my son requested Subway for dinner, and it was nearby. I’ll never visit this location again. Always terrible service, but this visit solidified the reason I should not and will not return in the future. Hope management considers reinforcing a higher level of customer service and professionalism among staff or possibly bringing in more mature staff.

Visited the Towne Lake -Woodstock GA Location 2/16/23- I Placed 2 separate orders online for my office. Orders we placed online for pick up at 1030am. When I got there at 1030am Paulette was the only employee there. She said she was working by herself and the orders were not ready. I asked in the 3 footlong sandwiched could be cut in half and individually wrapped. She said “very rudely” yes she could read the order. I advised that it was not on the order. She said in a rude and short tone I heard you. Just very rude and condescending. There were 2 other customers there as well when I was there and one even commented she needs some Happy in her life. It was like she thought her customers were a bother. Not a great atmosphere for customers at all. They also do not answer the phones as I called the store directly to speak to a manager . Always get a busy signal when trying to call. Please have the owner of this location call me directly.

I haven’t been to subway in years. I was really craving a sub and decided to stop by. I want to give this place ZERO stars if I could. I came into today for a Turkey, bacon, and Salami footlong on Italian herb and cheese bread. Nothing fancy. Veggies were lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, onions, and spinach with Mayo and sweet onion sauce…which tasted like teriyaki sauce. About half way through my meal at home I felt really off and sick. I have spent the past three hours in the bathroom throwing up and being ill. Do not come here. The meat & sauces tasted off. Beware!!!

Haven’t been to Subway in awhile and remember why now. Went to get wraps but no wraps available. Asked for black olives on salad but no black olives. Salads were half way filled bowls. The anchor that sinks my experience is the worker sweeping behind the counter while another is preparing my food. My preparer stops creating my salad to move for the sweeper to finish his job. Honestly, where is the customer service trainer/owner to teach these employees.

This subway is horrible! About 6 months ago we did an online order it was all wrong and disgusting. I spoke with the manager she didn’t seem to really care but refunded our money. Today we order again and the sandwiches were all wrong once again the hot sandwiches were cold, the American clubs were chicken bacon, and the steak was covered in toppings that were not ordered. I called the store and the children that answered didnt have no business answering the phone just like last time. They didn’t know anything and couldn’t help at all and I was told the manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be till Wednesday. Who ever owns this store needs to seriously think about a new manager and team before it’s to late.

The servers were young, and nice, and trying, though a little immature acting, and with no apparent experienced direction on hand. I had a 6″ meatball sub, with little or no sauce, 2 slices of white American and S&P & Oregano, and toasted. He didn’t leave it in long enough to get past luke warm, much less toasted. A little disappointing, but edible. Maybe next time better with a little more experience
