Been going here for years. There have been amazing servers over the years but the black lady tonight making the sandwiches does not deserve to work there. She threw my sandwich and acted like she did not want to work or serve me.
As long as she works here I will not be returning to this location and I encourage others to do the same. You will know who it is because they were more concerned about wanting to be on there phone than giving exceptional service like others.

This is the first time I’ve had a distasteful experience at this location. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch add garlic aïoli. What I got was a sandwich that was half full of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. 2/2 strips of bacon, and those two small pieces of chicken that you see on top. I hate that I opened the sandwich A little over an hour and a half after getting it. But I was expecting to eat this on my lunch break and now I don’t have anything. Plus, it’s just too busy at any of the surrounding restaurants to get something quick. I also tried calling because I was just going to settle it that way, but I guess I’ll leave a review instead since the phone just keeps ringing.

Friendly service, fast. Clean but pretty small and confined eating space- not an issue for me, since I always take it to go, but I wouldn’t meet there for a business lunch. Honors coupons, which a lot of subways (especially the ones in Walmart) try to snake out of.

Tried ordering online and it looked like the transaction was completed but kept taking my wife back to the pay screen so we tried calling multiple times with no answer to see if the transaction went thru so we wouldn’t get two orders. Wife is driving up there now. I understand that they may be busy but they should answer the phone. Very unprofessional and annoying

This location has had issues in the past for me, often making sandwiches incorrectly. Today, I paid $60 for 4 subs, because this location is too cheap to honor the national promotions, and when I waited 10 minutes after I was notified it was ready, I was informed that they didn’t have 3 ingredients that were a part of 3 of my 4 sandwiches. No offer to fix, no apology, just “oh, we didn’t have what you ordered.” And left a bag on the counter. If you don’t have something, notify me and let me decide if you keep my money or not. This is terrible customer service and now my kids are upset and I still paid a premium to be in this position. Thanks a lot.

The sandwiches were good but I had to ask them to break out some new lettuce. The lettuce and spinach leaves were both wilted. Lettuce was pink, eat fresh right? not sure if one of the girls just wasn’t feeling well but she seemed to have an attitude. I was polite and just got my food and went. I thought about skipping the tip but I know they only make 9-10$/hr and just wanted to be nice to help them out a little. I know y’all ready to go home but if y’all can’t have a positive attitude than you gotta switch to a job where you don’t work with the public ♀️

They had the NICEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL young guy there last night. Came late on 04/01/2021 and the guy was so amazing, great sandwich, clean, prepared, great attitude. I honestly can’t list enough. My husband and I were both sad that we forgot to catch his name to leave in the review. We didn’t realize that we had such a great conversation and laughter with him that we completely forgot to ask or even look for a name tag! ✨ But this kid definitely deserves props for being such a great person and employee

Girls didn’t too much attention to what my friend and I were saying, but they were somewhat polite when they did focus on us. Definitely could tell they didn’t really wanna be there. The sandwich itself was not good, because of the not listening so the order itself was messed up for my taste.
