Avoid this Location. Poorly managed and consistently problematic. My recent free sub order was canceled without notification, with staff claiming they don’t honor promotions despite visible rewards signage. Previous visits had unacceptable portion sizes. Do not recommend.

Service is hit-or-miss. Some days you get employees who are on top of things and get your order completed quickly. Today, we got the slowest and most inattentive employees I’ve ever seen.

I’m not giving a star in food or service because they do not deserve a 1star review . I give 0 stars . And the store wasn’t even clean when my husband went to pick up my food . I ate half of one half of my foot long before I realized I wasn’t tasting what I wanted to . There is 4 small slices of tomatoes not extra anything . There were 4 black olives on both halves . No oil . No vinegar . ONE banana pepper. I called and spoke to the GM !!!! THE GM TOLD ME TO BRING MY SANDWICH BACK INTO THE STORE AND THEY WOULD PUT THE TOPPINGS ON MY SANDWICH ?!?!?!??? who brings food back behind the counter after it has made it into a customers hands and home . I wanted a remake on the sandwich and she said no. Because there was a BOGO deal online my sandwich was free so I get what I get. I’m not going to this store ever again . Disgusting as hell. And I called the store a half hour before my order and asked to speak to a manager and was told she was outside on a personal call . Took 10 minutes for GM to go back into the store and be able to answer my simple question . I do not want them to touch my food AGAIN I wanted to get a remake . Unprofessional staff .poor management . Ohh and when I called they were relating messages to the GM in another language bc she didn’t want to answer the phone , then took the phone to speak in English ? Never again will I be going back . This place is disgusting and for the GM to say no it was made right .. no it was not . Not even kinda of right

Do NOT …. I repeat … Do NOT ever ever order anything from the Subway in Lindale!!! I ordered online, paid for it, and then went to pick up my order, only to have the manager say that he does not accept online orders and would not refund my money!!! Why would that particular store pop up on the app for me to use if this is true??? I have called the corporate office repeatedly and left messages. This Subway is TERRIBLE!!!! Totally unacceptable!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with the Lindale Subway!! Will definitely use them again! I ordered 36 individual boxed lunches for my daughter’s volleyball team, they packaged it 100% correct, added all condiments in each box, and even wrote the players names on the boxes for me as I special requested!! My order was ready to go when I arrived. The staff was really nice and great to work with.

Did an online order and have a confirmation number then 2 mins later get a cancellation confirmation when I didn’t cancel my order and the thing said call your restaurant for more information the man on the phone was VERY!!! rude and was over talking me when I wanted to ask questions and told me nothing he can do when it said it was on he’s side I got told it will late 24 hours till a refund but on my confirmation cancellation says 5-7 days never in my life have I had someone soo rude and disrespectful
