Tried once and had a great experience, so decided to come again. Won’t be returning after today. Only 1 team member present who did not appear to be well trained. He ruined the sandwich of the person ahead of me, swore at that customer under his breath after they asked him to redo the sandwich, and threw the ruined sandwich in the trash like a toddler. He then did not know how to make a coldcut, but I let it ride because he seemed like he would turn violent if there was another complaint.

Whoever is in charge of keeping this place stocked needs to be put through training again. They are always out of SOMETHING, usually things that you would expect a sandwich store to know to keep well-stocked: vinegar, condiments, at least one style of chicken if not all of them, one cheese type or another, and even fricking bread. How do you run out of these things (especially vinegar, wow) every week and still not figure out a way to fix the problem after months of shrugging and smirking at customers as they turn to leave empty-handed on their way to eat elsewhere?

My daughter got food poisoning right after eating here today. I called to let them know that maybe the salami or something is bad and that they should check it out. The Woman who answered sounded frustrated. She said that she sliced the salami fresh today. I told her maybe it was bad before she sliced it. I was not looking for anything free or even my money back. I just wanted to let them know to check their food because my daughter is now vomiting 20 minutes after eating the sandwich. Beware if you go there today!

I wish we lived closer because this would be our GO-TO Subway. Thanks to Esther and her daughter (sorry, I don’t remember her name) for building some really good turkey subs. Today was my first time at this location. Like I said, I wish we lived closer, we eat at a Subway down the street from where we live quite often, this one is better and probably the best we’ve been to and we’ve tried a lot of them. Thanks again!

I don’t get why there is negative reviews. I have been coming here for a bit, its a family run subway- How cute? Each member has been super kind and polite and listened to every thing I asked for. Maybe people should be nicer to food workers, and you’d recognize that things would go better. Love this place, I don’t go to any other subway.

Wish i could give negative stars for them. I don’t know why you guys don’t pay attention to orders but every single time you messup my order. I ordered a spicy nacho chicken wrap. What is the purpose of putting that item on the menu when you don’t even deliver the food that the customers ordered?. YOU DIDN’T GIVE the correct wrap YOU DIDN’T GIVE the pepsi and the chips that i ordered and now i have to eat the crap that you guys sent because there is no option. When i called you, you want me to get the reciept with me to your store when i got it delivered because i coudln’t come. VERY RUDE, VERY LOGICLESS AND VERY FRUSTATING. i hope you guys get better because there so many people out here complaining about you.

I ordered a cold cut combo and only got bologna. It was an online order. I drove up to the store because not only did I only get bologna, but another sandwich was messed up (allergies) they remade the one sandwich but the worker argued with me that cold cut combo was only bologna. Dude I’ve been ordering the same sandwich since before you were born. If you don’t know the answer call a manager or look it up. Don’t argue with a customer when you’re wrong.

I still sat down to eat (after watching this fiasco unfold ) the manager was quick and efficient although his employee talked so bad about him for no apparent reason to me . he literally from what he told me just got there AFTER renovations . I think that his employees need to be put in check I stood there for 10 minutes listening to this one young lady yap her mouth about what he doesn’t know how to do yet he surpassed her by TAKING my order(after he was done in the kitchen) I then , (might I say after The gentleman made my order faster than she could talk.) sat down and saw basically his employee really has some really low down hatred towards him I could never understand why he never stood up for himself to the nonsense! He needs to get it together or he will be her dogfood I really feel bad for him due to his staff I seen the past two months I’ve been there but with the right PEOPLE I think this store will be ok with the new leadership . The Food was sub par I’d go again as long as he makes it.

The food was good but I came in and neither one of the employees has ever heard of free cookie Friday so I’m just going to assume that this location does not participate in free cookie Friday and that is a huge bummer. I’ve been to this location before and they used to participate which was a month since I’ve last been so I only assume the new management does not participate. Please consider participating again. That was my whole reason of purchasing my sub from subway other than Publix. I enjoy the small things as do others. The two employees who helped me had good customer service though. That was my only issue

Online orders are a hassle. They say ready for pickup, go to the store & they either haven’t started or in the process of starting to make the sandwiches. Happened on multiple occasions. Sandwiches are usually made poorly, wayyy to much mayo/mustard or not enough, toppings are usual minimal even with adding “extra”. They never listen to special instructions. Way overpriced now. Even with a bogo I won’t order there any more.
