0 stars, embarrassing. I placed an online order for a salad, waited 20 minutes before picking it up, and when I got there they hadn’t even started it. She apologized and said she’d start it, which took another 20 minutes to make a plain salad. Definitely not coming back

As I entered the restaurant, the solo worker behind the counter yelled out where don’t have lettuce … however I was fine using spinach. The sandwich was compressed with very little turkey and veggies and not very flavorful.. There was only one girl working behind the counter and one girl in the back and even though there were just a couple of people in front of me it took her forever. Definitely will not be going back.

Did an online order, waited for almost an hour. The 3 sandwiches I got were all wrong. One was just meat and cheese. Very disappointed. Try calling to report issue and number was busy. Definitely not going back. Shame, shame, shame!

I ordered a turkey wrap that has avocado on it. The artist did not tell me they were out of the avocado til it was time to add it. If I had known I would have ordered something else. So as the young man am was somewhat new I did not make a big deal out of it. And ordered my other sandwiches. When it was time to cash out the worker who had been there longer told the kid to just ring up the wrap as a turkey 12 inch. No should be like a 6 inch. So I paid thinking it was a bit high but I had 2 other sandwiched so it was not til I got home to see that by ringing the wrap as a 12 inch actually doubled the price. When I tried to call no one answered the phone.

The store has made a turn around! It was so bad we had stopped going and it was the only food we ate in town! New management has turned it around, but most of all the fellas that run the evening crew are top notch and so friendly! Wish people would treat them a little better when they are out of things!

We just walked out. We walked in to the store. Nobody was there as a customer. The 2 females were counting their TIPS. 3 adults waiting to llace an order. Both said we will be right with you an picked up the container and walked to the back. We looked at each other n decided they did not want to take our orders or fix a sandwich! We turned n walked out. Theres other places we can get food at then this place. This place does not even deserve the 1 STAR.

This is a spacious subway but was almost empty when I went it. The guy with long hair that worked there was friendly and did a good job with my order. Nothing to complain about. Overall was clean and nice.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Usually food is good, certain people make better sandwiches. Subs were lacking on meat and sloppy like they threw them together and way to much mayonnaise. Did not receive all my order as well. Will be going to Jasper next time to order take out.

Dining area needs a good cleaning. There was a man hanging around inside that later smoked just outside the door with one of the employees. His overall appearance is not complimentary to the reputation of the business. The worker kept touching her face while she smoked. I hope she washed her hands after going back in! The smell of cigarette smoke makes me sick and isn’t pleasing to many ppl. Do they have to smoke right outside the door? Not even off to the side… right beside the door! We live near there but we will not be eating there again.
