I recently visited the Subway on Austell Powder Springs Rd and had a fantastic experience. The woman working there was incredibly welcoming and polite, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. I ordered the steak sandwich, which turned out to be excellent. It was flavorful, generously filled, and satisfying. The combination of great service and a delicious meal made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

High turnover rate at this location. E.ployees clearly dont know what servesafe is. Just because u put on gloves dies not mean go touch everything in the restaurant including the storage door to get more ingredients which i clearly saw another employee going in and out of it with no gloves and then proceed to finish my sandwich with the same glors??? Do not order online !!! We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 of them toasted , all of them had a lot of veggies . When I went to pick them up , ( first issue ) the man working was out in front of the building smoking. He walked inside behind me and NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!!!! But, my sandwiches were already made so I just prayed his hands were clean.
When I got the bag it felt cold. Now, with two toasted sandwiches, I expected to feel some sort of heat . But there wasn’t any. I asked the man if he toasted two of them and he looked at me sharply and said he toasted them. I figured they may of been sitting a bit so I would just re heat them.
I get home and open the sandwiches, NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS TOASTED, in fact all 4 sandwiches were bread/meat/cheese.. that’s it !!!! None of the veggies/sauces were put on the sandwiches, the two that were supposed to be toasted we’re in fact not, and the two spicy Italians barely had meat on them!!!
I was livid! I took pictures/videos of what I received and took them back up to the store .
When I walked in , there was an employee sitting waiting on her ride and he was outside smoking AGAIN. He asked what was wrong ,
And when I told him he didn’t put anything on the sandwiches or toast the ones he said he did, he got mad and said “ that’s not possible , I put everything on them” and walked off . The sweet girl that was waiting on her ride got behind the counter and apologized profusely and made or sandwich’s correctly.
I don’t know how he believes he made them correctly or why he thought it was ok to treat/talk to a customer the way he did . If it weren’t for the young lady stepping in to correct his mistake I would of left the sandwiches and done a chargeback with my bank. Absolutely pathetic

Nasty manager came from back of the store and gave my mom an attitude about her request for him to wash his hands before making our food. Told my mom he was just in the back and then after ahe paid he told her she was not allowed back in the store,…. Geez, sounds fair. AND THERE IS NO INFORMATION TO CONTACT THE OWNER OF THIS STORE TO LET THEM KNOW HOW MANAGERS ARE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I visited the subway on Austell Powder Springs Rd , and I just want the management to know that the young lady who fixed my order was rude and condescending when I asked about my order and how much it would be since they would take my coupon. She walked away and asked the other young lady who was helping another customer to ring my order. I thought that was rude and very poor customer service, so I left without my order. I was served by 1919. Management needs to address this bad attitude and doesn’t make for good business.

Terrible location i would recommend avoiding at all costs.
They never get online orders correct. We called and spoke to Gee, who stated they vould not do anything and we would have to drive back out so Subway could just remake the order.
The last time we ordered before this, they left an ENTIRE HALF OF A SUB off the order.

Stopped here after a long day…(was so HUNGRY! Was ok..wish I had hellmans or dukes mayo )…& had a few more stops b4 heading home…PLUS was thinking of (Tomari Alijah Jackson) practically ALL DAY!! This was 1 of his fav places to eat…I actually sat at the same table we sat at on previous occasions.
