Used to be a great location when they accepted the promotional codes, they accepted the promo codes for well over a year and suddenly have stopped. Subway is only worth it when you can get it for the cheaper price, do not spend $13 for a single sandwich. Other locations around them accept the promo codes

Dear Subway Leadership,

I’m writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue regarding my order placed on October 25th. I placed the order online and stopped by the store before it was prepared to ensure the correct cheese was used, as my son has severe food allergies. Despite my efforts, the order was not prepared as specified.

After receiving the sandwiches, I noticed the cheese did not match what was requested online and in person. Out of caution, my son could not eat the food, as provolone cheese is not part of his approved diet. I contacted the store immediately and spoke with Duke, who said they were out of American cheese and that he would share my concern with Tricie, the store manager.

Although Tricie assured me she would look into the issue, I never received a follow-up. When I called again, she explained that the area manager would not authorize a refund because I did not return the sandwiches the same night. This policy seems unreasonable considering that the store failed to follow the order accurately, creating both a health and customer safety concern.

Due to this negligence, I had to purchase another meal elsewhere. I’m requesting that a refund be issued for this order and that steps be taken to ensure orders with allergy specifications are handled properly going forward.

Absolutely disappointed in tonight’s service. I ordered for pick up online and it showed my order would be ready BY 6:40… I arrived at 6:50 to discover my order hadn’t even been begun.. The two gentlemen working appeared to find it funny and while one finished with the two customers in line the other began my order. Had I been on a stricter time limit this would NOT have been pleasing. I am highly disappointed in the work ethic of these two. The fact my food wasn’t even begun is pure laziness.

I ordered though DoorDash. Sandwiches do not correspond to what I ordered. I paid for addition of smashed avocado 1.19 per sandwich x 4 and I didn’t see any avocado. Bread was suppossed to be toasted and was not. Dissapointed. Flavorless sandwich. Very limited ingredients for $ 7.49. The wrapping paper is good.

I come to this location all the time, especially when I get off work. Tonight will be my last time coming to this location. I understand that the staff was overwhelmed, but you can tell by the sandwich that it was thrown together. I actually threw this away because the way it was made. The staff actually was mad at me because he did it wrong. You can’t make this up.

Typical Subway located in Mableton Cross shopping center on Floyd road. I ordered online and my order was ready by time promised. Staff friendly though our interaction was limited to picking up my order. Food was typical Subway and tasty.

Food was horrible the employee had a nasty attitude and just through the food together. Couldn’t enjoy the food and had to pick through to try to eat it and still couldn’t eat it. The service at this restaurant is terrible. I’ve had 2 terrible experiences with them now. Once I ordered 2 sandwiches and used a gift card to pay. My husband goes to pick it up and they told him they didn’t make it because they were out of chicken. So we got no food and they never refunded my gift card. I reached it to customer service online and they never got back to me. Now tonight, I ordered delivery through the app. I get all the way to checkout and it clears my entire cart and says there is an issue and try again later. This was after I checked out. So my card was charged and I’m calling the store to determine if they actually received my order since there’s a charge and I just get a busy tone every time as if the phone is “off the hook.” This location sucks!
