We placed an online order and went in at the time it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait over 30 minutes. We paid five dollars for a foot-long cookie and it came completely burnt. The employees were on the phone the whole time and did not care about wait times or the customers or how they were preparing the food. This was one of the worst subway meals we’ve ever had.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is very unsanitary. Yes I did end up buying a sandwich due to being on a time crunch, and if I get sick that is on me, but did know I would of had to worry about toe jam, half way through my sandwich being made I would have left. They also didn’t listen and I had to repeat myself multiple times and then at check out we asked to separate and use rewards and that wasn’t done as well. I hope this place gets better with the new management because I like coming to this one.

Service was quick and polite. It’s 100% on par with what I expect from subway. Food was good and the store was probably the cleanest subway I have ever seen. I see a lot of bad reviews based on new management. There is always a learning curve when taking over a new place. I think people should be a bit less cranky and realize that it’s a subway, not a 5 star restaurant. I had a good experience, but try for yourself and see if it’s for you.

Overcharges customers! Check your receipts! Horrible customer service by the manager, Tim Haney! Ordered a combo meal from the menu. When I received the receipt, I noticed that the combo was more expensive than the menu listed and they charged me separately for the cookie. I addressed it with the “sandwich artist” who insisted she couldn’t do anything about overcharging me and that I’d have to call the manager. I told her that her manager’s inability to keep the menu in sync with the register should not give me something more to do. She finally called the manager who said the prices are wrong on the menu. I said that’s not my problem. She proceeded to take down the menu with the incorrect prices. She then grabbed 30 cents from the tip jar and tossed it at me. I said that’s still not right as she also charged me extra for a cookie that I already paid for. She was unwilling to fix it. This place lost my family’s business for good over what could have been a simple fix. Many better choices in the area, especially when I can’t trust them to charge me for only what I ordered. Terrible management!

Terrible experience. My order was completely messed up, and when I tried to get it fixed, I was ignored. The manager, Raj Patel, was especially useless! He was dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in running a decent store. This location is a joke. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money here.

I’ve been coming to this subway at Hickory flat Village for 10 years. They’re obviously under new management because last week I went and got a sub sandwich and the bread was a day or two old, fell to pieces as I ate it crumbs everywhere. Went back in today to get the same sub sandwich. I asked the manager about stale bread last time he made no attempt to say I’m sorry you didn’t like the sandwich. Can we help to make your experience better or anything? He ignored what I said and just went on to fix me another sandwich. OK fine. One sandwich bad it’s a mistake. Got home with the second Sandwich and the bread was stale also crumbly and dry. Went back to the store requested a refun. Not going there again, new owners don’t know how to run a proper business.

Came to get a sandwich before 9:15pm, the sign on the door and on google said they close at 10:00pm. As soon as we walked in the kids working said they were closed. If they are going to close earlier than the website states they need to update it.

With all the negative reviews on this location, I have only had one negative review one evening. The young guy was very annoyed with my orders. With being a former employee years back, I completely understand customer service. Not to mention I worked at this actual location, so I do understand how busy this store gets. I do frequent this location and other than the one time, I have had nothing but great service. The establishment is always clean. All the veggies look fresh and stocked. I never feel skimped on my toppings. I usually always ask for condiments on the side and never have an issue. They are quick and always seem pleasant.
