I went in at 8:30 am and couldn’t order a breakfast flatbread because she said they had not cleaned the warming oven yet. Place was dirty and the serving/preping stations were not even set up yet. Looks like they left the place the prior evening without cleaning and showed up late that morning. This is no way to run a business.

Store is unkempt, staff is worse. The owner/manager is rude to customers and cancels online orders once they are already supposed to be ready to pick up. This has happened to me twice at this location. First time I chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I have learned my lesson!

Ordered curbside. Was 1 minute past pickup. Tried calling inside store. No answer. Went in, the 2 working were sitting in back, ignoring phone calls. Only my sandwiches were fixed. I ordered curbside so I wouldn’t have to get out with my bad knee. Didn’t offer me a bag for order. I got it myself. I could have fixed 4 drinks and 5 chips because she wasn’t watching.

Terrible customer service. The store is filthy with caked up food on the glass. The lady working tonight was so rude. You can tell she hates her job, still taking it out on the customers is unacceptable.
