Their ice machine was down, so they had a bowl of ice on the counter for customers. There was no scoop, so customers were expected to scoop the ice out of the bowl with their cup, which is unhygienic and a health code violation.

There’s a short Indian girl that works here that will handle money and then wear the same gloves to make sandwiches and run her hands through all the toppings. Everything is contaminated thanks to her. I’ve seen this on multiple occasions. It’s disgusting.
