The food, good. The workers, nice.
But I just don’t understand why this Subway sometimes closes an hour early and don’t say, “it’s bcuz they are busy and have no help.” or “it’s slow so we close.” That’s a lie and NO.
I got off work yesterday, 1/18/26, drove over there bcuz I was hungry (and too tired to cook) and they were closed. It was only 9:10pm or something like that and they had the doors locked. The girl was standing behind the register on her phone, looked up and saw my husband at the door and looked away.
THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY CLOSE EARLY. Whoever is in charge, stop closing the place early and work. Even if it is a slow day, work the hours. If you want to close at nine, CHANGE YOUR MAP HOURS TO NINE.
Y’all don’t see me closing up my work an hour early bcuz it’s slow. Even when we don’t have anyone for 15 minutes, we stay open. Clean, refill things, or something to keep you busy just please stop closing early. Y’all p¡ss me off when y’all do that. Next time I get hangry and y’all close early, I’m filling a report.

Usually don’t have issues here, but might wanna get their openers to actually open on time. Supposed to be open at 9, but they were shut up right when I got there at 9:15. Second time this has happened.

Food is as expected, but this location doesn’t participate in any coupons of any sort, and while in the subway app I changed the pickup locations from Bremen to Bowdon, they also upcharged $2 more for the exact same sub. You’d think being in such a rural area they would be happy offering coupons and incentives to buy here, but it’s the exact opposite. The owner of this location overcharges like he owns a property on the Vegas strip or something.

First off. These workers need to take a class in hygiene, they look like they got pulled off the streets of San Francisco and have not bathed or shaved in weeks.
Second they can not even make a simple sandwich, not to mention the price. This is boarder line hwy robbery. Not to mention they did not have any btead other than white or wheat.
This place needs to be closed or at least get better managers.

I went in there today, the staff was super rude to me and a fellow customer. They had very bad attitudes and were not nice to the customers in the store. They yelled at me and the other customer, very sarcastic in the rudest way possible and had 0 customer service talent. By far the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant and plan to never go back in there as long as that staff is working there. They should really screen the workers before they hire them to represent their company in the small town they are in.
