I hate being this person, I’ve been to this establishment multiple times, when I’ve been the food inventory was interesting, for example, the lettuce would be brown and at the bottom of the container and when they would bring a fresh one it would be brown and not look appealing, same with the tomatoes and pickles, the manager is very nice when I’ve met her and want the owners to know that she cares and has hated when I’ve brought things to her attention. Today was the final straw before writing a review, the door says they close at 10, they indeed do not because I have been multiple times before 8:00pm and they were already closed, today I called before going making sure they would be open, they said they closed at 8:00pm and I called at 6ish, when I got there at 7:30 they were closed with the sign on, unacceptable. Again I hate being this person I never leave bad reviews but after multiple bad experiences I just let the “Karen” get ahold of me. Have a great evening!

The service was good and the store was clean. However, I was not very impressed with the particular sandwich I got, the new Italian BMT. It lacked flavor and the bread was not what I remember it to be. It lacked outer crisp for a toasted sandwich. I will try other meals here though. And their cookies are always good.

This Subway has had tremendous improvement with new management or owners, and I’m so glad. It’s our local store and they are now well stocked!! The employees are super friendly, and the place is super clean. If you’ve stayed away from a bad past experience, I encourage you to give them another try!

Was gonna take a chance buying a sandwich even with the one star reviews and noticed that it is Veteran owned. There was a young guy making the sandwich, right off the bat it appeared that he had no clue what he was doing, when I saw how much salt and pepper he put on my sandwich I told him I didn’t want it. He then just started cackling at me like a little kid, it didn’t bother me it’s my money that goes to help the business. I can honestly say I will never return, there was no one in the building and now I know why, they have no clue what good customer service is or how to provide it.

Both me and my boyfriend absolutely love this Subway. Very very friendly staff, store was really clean. The overall atmosphere was super welcoming. The lady who made our sandwiches was super friendly and knowledgeable about the sandwiches. Would recommend this location to anyone anyday. To the staff, Keep up the amazing work your doing great.

We just stopped by subway and let’s say that we just walked out. It was disgusting. Food all over the counters like they havent been wiped off. The food what was out (wasn’t even stocked) was not covered up. A fly was landing on everything. Not one other customer was in the subway. Just us. We saw 2 employees working and they couldn’t wipe off the previous mess.
