The absolute worst sandwich I have ever gotten from subway. Asked for a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich and got plain chicken with no sauce. Asked for it toasted and was barely toasted to the point where the cheese is still hard and cold. The chicken looks and feels like rubber. Do better at training your employees because this was not edible. Is this why you cover your station with the metal lids so we cannot see how badly of a job you are doing? Did not see the sandwich until we got home. Do better!!

Ordered two sandwiches online. Bread was so stale it hurt to bite into it. The items were just thrown on in one big globe, missing items such as tomatoes and onion that were ordered. Put the tiniest amount of mayo only in the middle of the sandwich. Had to put my own toppings and condiments on when i got home as it was too far to return and there isnt a way to complain online.
No employees greeted me in the building.

Placed an order through the app and came in to pick it up (my first time at this location) around noon today. The store was clean and the employees were very nice, easy to talk to, and very down to earth.
But let’s talk about my sandwich: Honestly, one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had in the past 15 years! I mean, it was made EXACTLY as I ordered and tasted great! I’ll be regularly in the area for the next few months, and I know where I’ll be having lunch once a week..this location! A big Thank You to the employees here!!

I went in the other day and ordered a sandwich with pepper jack cheese. I get the same sandwich I have been for years so I know the taste. The girl that was working there today didn’t seem to know what pepper jack cheese was. She put white American and when I told her it was the wrong cheese, I even opened my sandwich and showed her. She said “I’ll remake it for you but I know I put pepper jack cheese, I remember putting it on there” even though I opened it and showed her. I even had to tell her there should be peppers in the cheese, which there was not. Please get people know the difference in cheeses by looking at them. Obviously, someone put the American cheese where the pepper jack was supposed to go.

We ordered subs for a girls golf tournament today – we requested for them to be cut in 1/4 pieces so it was easier for them to eat between holes. The Subway team went above and beyond writing “good luck messages” and slide in a couple of cookies! Thank you! The girls were so excited to see this – maybe it helped secure their spot to states in 2 weeks…..
We will definitely order more subs and support this store when we play at Bentwater….

Very pleased with the way that the new owners are running this Subway. The meats, vegetables, and the breads are always fresh, and the cookies are amazing too. The new wraps are awesome and I would highly recommend them for those with a big appetite. The employees are friendly, outgoing, and quick at filling the customers needs and getting them on there way. Anytime is a good time to get food here. I recommend it.

Pay More get Less. In-person you’ll get what you ask for but pay full price and be reminded of that tip for making your sandwich. Online BOGO50 doesn’t work and unlike being made in front you will pay for extra meat and get less than normal, in my experience. If you tell this to subway they do nothing.
To recap: online 25% not off and pay for extra meat and won’t receive on the sloppily made sub so $4 and half the price of a sub more online =$8+ loss. Note you tip online 1st before the sandwich is made. Subway contact will not respond but continue to shove offers that don’t work in your inbox.
