The man with a little bit of hair on the side and no hair in the middle sorry I don’t no his name but he is extremely rude. He continues to work instead of taking my order. When I told him what I wanted to order he put his hand up and walked away to help someone else he completely ignored me. Until I said something again. I will be contacting the Corporate Office this is unacceptable.

This subway location is the best subway here im Gwinnett county! The food here is always fresh and amazing, and fits all diets and personal nutritional needs. I enjoy having lunch here frequently, the staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly even during busy hours! Will be continuing to eat here frequently best subs ever !!

You practically pay for an empty bun, they are too miserable to even add vegetables. I added vegetables to my order and they literally put two tomato slides and two onions (You won’t even be able to find the vegetables in the photo). They serve you as if you asked for free food, I will not return nor do I recommend it. It is not worth leaving your money in this place.

After visiting multiple times, I am so done with this location. The customer service I have received multiple times leaves a lot to be desired. The young lady with the mask on was rude, and acted as though it was to difficult to make a sandwich. This attitude permeates this location, and I will not be spending my money there anymore! I do not recommend, take your money elsewhere!

Noted an allergy on my mobile order, overheard the lady making my sandwich (Barbera) say that people “shouldn’t eat out” if they have an allergy. The app also just hung, but the order obviously went through… not great customer service.
