I went in to buy a steak sandwich, asked for a footlong and got 4 slices of cheese. I work at subway and know for a fact that every sandwich got double cheese now. When I asked for more, she said that was not the case. I told her I work with subway, she told me I was raising my voice, im a grown woman arguing over cheese and I should leave the store. She trashed the sandwich and said she would call 911. Wow!

Wife and I arrived at 9:15PM, chose it because it is close to our hotel. When we pulled the door it was locked, the lady inside was wiping down everything she cleaned and then gestured that the store was closed (closed before 9:30 while their open sign is still on).

I ordered a 6-inch tuna sandwich and no other items. Upon returning home, I discovered I was charged for a “MOTD-Tuna sub,” which was supposed to include a small 20 oz fountain drink and chips. This will be my only visit to this establishment.

First time visiting this location and I was very impressed with the overall look of the store and the service that the staff showed. My experience was a completely different one from the few reviews that say they had a bad experience. My only issue is the listed closing time on the internet and the time they tell you in the store are not the same. Based on my visit, I would recommend this location.

This Subway sucks. It is literally 9:18 they close at 9:30 had a person walk in two minutes before me and they have locked the doors and are staring at us like a deer in headlights. Will never come to the location again.

Ordered ahead, got home and realized the sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise. Boyfriend took it back for me a requested a new one. He ended up having to order a new one because he accidentally said there was too much ranch instead of mayonnaise and the worker said it wasn’t her fault. He paid double the price for a new one because the worker wouldn’t remake the original one.

This subway was DISGUSTING!!! Yes the floor may have been clean but the meat and vegetables were TERRIBLE. I’m not sure if the guy that was making our sandwich had much experience or if he was nervous or training but there was a young lady that was there also just sitting on her phone and wouldn’t help. By far one of the worst I’ve been to. Very disappointed, the meat was covered – you couldn’t see it. I asked about the guy said that’s just how it was like this was my first time at a subway however no bugs flying around so I took my chances. STILL…. Very disappointed – I asked him NOT to cut my sandwich because the knife looked dirty and he still did it. The sandwich was one of the worst I’ve had. Waste of money.

This lady started off with an attitude .
Asked her to wash her hands that’s where it came from .
I instantly noticed she gave me a smaller amount of meat .
Treat all people equal . Not sure why this visit wasn’t pleasant but I won’t be returning.

Disappointing experience. If you close at 9:30pm and I arrive at 9:14pm, I should be able to place an order. The girl at the register let two other people walk in before us and then locked the doors and turned off the open sign. I walked to the door and tried to open it only to have her wave her hand and shake her head “No” at me. Will never return to this location.
