This is worst place to have subway and they are charging more for daily customers as well, the price on board for V.D is 6.99 but they charge 7.59 to customers and when we ask cashier they point out and say it’s not us it’s the boss who is updating the system.

0 stars! ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This place is TRASH AND THEY ARE RACIST! What is the point of ordering and you all still mess up the order? THIS SUBWAY IS EXTREMELY RACIST TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE! I had an incident before today and had to leave before getting my food because I was treated so badly! So today I order 2 foot longs on the app. I asked for them to be toasted. I get the sandwiches ICE COLD AND CHEESE IS NOT MELTED AT ALL(pictures provided). I also asked for extra mayo and extra jalapeños. Did not receive either(pictures provided). So I go in to get some jalapeños BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RECEIPT! I get to the counter the lady looked at me in disgust like what do you want? No how can I help or anything. I ask her can I get a cup or jalapeños and she rudely said we don’t have a cup and aggressively grabbed a cookie bag AND WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE JUST HANDLED DIRTY CASH SHE PUT ME SOME PEPPERS IN THE BAG AND bald THE BAG UP AND HANDED TO ME NOT EVEN MAKING EYE CONTACT! I wasn’t rude or aggressive but my very blackness irritates them. I WILL TAKE THAT TRIP TO STEVE REYNOLDS SUBWAY BECAUSE THIS IS SICKENING!! Do better subway PLEASE!

I walked in for a sandwich, turned around and walked back out after I saw all of the condiments and toppings. The food looked old. The lettuce was wilted, the spinach looked old too, the cucumbers and tomatoes looked as if they were cut days ago and just sat out for who knows how long.

First time visiting this location and it was very pleasant! The staff was nice and promptly took care of our sandwiches! What I liked the most is it didn’t feel like the North Pole inside, as is the case most times in Subway. Overall a good location.

This place is absolutely despicable. I ordered online at this location by mistake and immediately called to cancel. No one would pick up the phone after many calls. After a few attempts, they would just hang up. I went in person to resolve the issue, lady there spoke no English at all. Manager sent an email denying a replacement or refund. I come back again and the lady was rude and nasty. Told me I didn’t call and I called the same number, their phone rang right there! The other workers glove had tuna all over it ready to make another sub. They boldly lied about what happened, and with that being said they should be exposed for the low standards they have for customers.

I received my order and the entire thing was wrong even with the receipt in front of the woman making my sandwich. I ordered three sandwiches through the app and when I opened my titan turkey it literally had 5 pieces or turkey on it when I brought it to the ladies attention she said yes because you used a coupon regardless of how much meat is supposed to be on the sandwich we only put 5 pieces on the footlong if you use a coupon. Im not really sure when this policy came into play at subway but I will not be returning.

Usually don’t right reviews for fast food spots but this place is terrible. Went there after years of not eating Subway and decided to get a meatball sub. The meatballs tasted funny and were lukewarm. The worst was the bread. It was not fresh and was hard. I also got 3 chocolate chip cookies and they were old, hard and stale.
All of that cost me $14 (tip included). The lady was nice so I gave her a tip. This is why Subway’s are closing down….
