This location has horrible customer service, my card was used here when called for help the “owner” was rude and hung up in my face. I live in Tennesse how can I do a pick up for a location 6 hours away from me. Yes it’s been reported but I was calling to get help he alert to the owner who could care less. Be careful using this location they steal

Ordered to wrong location. Requested the order be cancelled and refunded. After speaking to an indian man on the phone i was promised a refund within 3-5 business days. This is over a week later. I just called back as of 15:38 9/12/25 and was asked “how can i help you” by the indian representative. As soon as i said “this is Andrew calling about the refund” i was immediately told “i am in a meeting call me back later” then hung up on. I will be going to the store 9/13/25 to demand the refund or a free sandwich. I expect subway management to contact me before then.

It literally killed me to give this place one star, but since I’ve been resurrected I’ll submit this review. My fiancé and I came in around 21:30 p.m.. The person in the photo couldn’t seem to understand how to follow the instructions I was giving her, however she chose to understand my fiancé just fine. It really started when she asked me if my fiancé was my father & I had to tell her to mind her business. This obviously irritated me, so I decided to just allow my fiancé to keep walking her through focusing on her job task. She definitely jumped through all of his hoops too. I found it ironic how her clots just miraculously came a loose. Then she kept retorting snarky remarks behind her mask. All while the other employee stayed in the back. When my fiancé asked for her name so we could report her to the manager, the spell was broken & she lost her focus again; claiming she couldn’t understand what he was saying then. As an essential healthcare worker employed through the entire pandemic and coming into direct contact with ill patients—this useless example of an adult, that clearly suffers from ableism, absolutely contributed to me & my fiancé second guessing our participation with continuing to help stimulate their economical finances. Our sandwiches were disgusting, we could tell they weren’t made with love & I bet it was because they came from her. Not all Subways are the same though, this one just had these loose lame losers.

This Subway needs a whole new staff!!! They are not properly trained. Customer service is always TERRIBLE. They barely speak English so conversations are very frustrating. We placed an online order and instead of calling and telling us they ran out of white bread the young lady waited till we got to the establishment to tell us they ran out. So from the start our orders were completely wrong. The manager overlooked this young lady attempt to make 6 sandwiches by herself. Like I said customer service is horrible at this establishment and they need a completely new staff.

I spent almost 2 months working out of town in Atlanta, and we stayed in Stone Mountain while we were there. I’d come in here every other night, just grab a sandwich and sit for a couple hours. No one ever said anything, they would just let me relax in the corner and play on my phone. I’m thankful to the workers who would just let me chill and even check on me here and there. Good crew working the late shift there.

This subways is the closest to me but the staff there are rude and have no customer service skills i always order off of the app for pickup there has been 2 seperate times they let someone else take my food this most recent time they blamed me for it and claimed the person showed the app and and id but obviously it would be impossible for someone to have acess to my app and my id then they there was nithing they could/would do about it despite it being their fault someone stole my food then half way through argueing they claimed they couldnt speak english anymore it took over 30mins and speaking to the owner twice just to get them to remake my food for me never will i go back to this subway
