TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Pictures taken at 9:34pm after service rendered!!!
The lady taking my order was kindly rushing me with my order because it was close to 9:30 although the business hrs closing is 10pm on MONDAY! The other lady in the store stood behind me with the mop in her hand as I looked to get my keys in hand before exiting! When I looked at her; she informed me very rudely that she was waiting on me to leave out because they’re closed! REALLY?? I am a paying customer and just spent over $40 dollars!! I mentioned reporting them n she told me…I don’t care; call them!!!

I am disgusted and dissatisfied with the terrible service I received today. I would never spend not even 2 Pennies here. The customer service is terrible. Don’t spend yall money here. Not only was they rude they kept hanging the phone up in my face and yelling at me and refuse to give me a refund and refused to cancel my order. Don’t know how to talk to customers. When I never again NEVER AGAIN. I’m also doing a corporate complaint.

Horrible service! My small children and I entered this Subway on Sunday afternoon (6/15/2025) between 12:30 and 12:45 pm. The old lady behind the counter had the most unwelcoming face as she gave us a quick and very unpleasant glance before proceeding to return to her sandwich making. There was another lady with her back turned to us arranging chips on the chip rack. Neither of them greeted us or said one word. The treatment was downright disgusting, it was as if we were bothering them. After a few minutes of this mistreatment, I told my children “let’s go” and left immediately. They were confused but this was a great lesson in the importance of going where you are wanted and NOT spending money with people who clearly want nothing to do with you. We ended up going to another Subway (about 9 minutes away) and were greeted upon entering. My youngest said “mommy they said hi to us” and it felt so good to know that they understood this very important message/life lesson. Shame on this location for treating customers so poorly. We will NEVER spend money here and encourage you to look elsewhere.

Subway is cool and quick on the weekend when you don’t feel like cooking and the bread here is fresh. Personnel at this location are very friendly and fix a decent sandwich. I always tip at the counter so not happy that tip is automatically added via this new system unless customer dictates otherwise.

It’s been years since I’ve visited this particular Subway but there has been a little improvement. The same lady is here (you’ll know her once you see her) and her disposition is a tad friendlier. The place needed cleaning once we came in but a little nudging on my part sparked the worker to begin to clean the tables and chairs. He was a friendly addition (even took our tray when we finished.) It’s OK to give them a shot…

It’s a rare occurrence when I come here and am not pan handled inside the restaurant. Many times will have someone trying to hit you up at the register when you take your wallet out to pay. In the way out to your car, if you’re not getting hit up, there might be something wrong. There are too many homeless people for them to kick them out every time, or any time, I guess. One time, I kid you not, I was sitting in the booth eating and a prostitute comes in and sits at my booth and starts propositioning me. I prefer not to pick up my hookers at Subway, so I passed. My loss I’m sure. Other than this, the employees are very nice and the food quality is consistent, which is why they get a two and not a one. Not very many options for fresh food around this side…

Usually Subways don’t put enough chicken in their footlong sandwiches but this store was different. My sandwich was not only tasty but they were generous with the chicken pieces. Loved this branch.

I have to say that this was the best Subway sub I have ever had. I had a half Italian on Italian herbs and cheese bread with provolone cheese toasted with lettuce, sweet onions, black olives,banana peppers and he put some kind of sauce on it. It was wonderful even though I sat in the parking lot on my walker and enjoyed it! Thanks for the great service only thing I would have changed was to have been able to eat inside, lol. Maybe someday we will be able to get back to regular life, hopefully soon.

Do not go here!! This place has the worse customer service and the lady who served me accused me of bringing her a used coupon!!! I presented her with the coupon and then she said it was used because it had a tear on the bottom(and to be quite honest I believe she put it there to refuse to honor it as it was not there before and they always take coupons from you when you use them and YOU DO NOT GET THEM BACK!!!) She put my money on the counter and was very nasty. She spoke to who I believe was the owner in their native tongue and he ripped coupon up and I assume he told her to take it but she kept up her story of it being used. I have no reason to lie about a coupon that I got out of my mailbox on a mailer!! I will not be going back to this location and now leary of other locations because it is just a bad look all around. If they treat their customers like that, I can only imagine how they treat the food they feeding us as for all I know they could be not following good handling pratices. Never again!!! I will take my buisness elsewhere.
