I’m regretful to step in this location.Its a shame the girl who wears glasses even didn’t looked at me when I start ordering she was in rush to take my order her behavior was terrible no smile no eye contact no respect. She just says :What else ‘what else ‘what else.

I wouldn’t come here again if you paid me. I was the only customer and there was 1 worker who was rude, on the phone, moving in slow motion purposely I believe. He cross contaminated EVERYTHING. Instead of using the spoon for the tuna he grabbed it with his hands which I’ve never seen before and I’ve been going to subway for years. After grabbing the tuna with his hands (with gloves thankfully) he grabs the lettuce, tomato, cucumbers etc with the same hand and I can see tuna all over the vegetables. The worker was rude, dirty, basically threw the sandwich down at me. Looked as if he hasn’t showered in weeks, I understand if you’re having a bad day or something but customer service should still be fulfilled, it’s the easiest thing. Will never go back here

Easily the worst subway I’ve ever experienced. Smelled like smoke when I walked in, old dried up food all over the counters, open bags of chips laying out, no one at the front. This location shouldn’t even be open. Terrible.

I decided to write a review for this specific location because they have set a standard for me. The place is always well kept and clean. The staff is pleasant, and the overall atmosphere is great. The two young ladies that work most of the lunch rush and early evening always greet you with a smile. That goes a long way for the person who has had a rough day.

The place is dirty, the person who was serving is super out of his mind, he was not in his pocket, he had headphones at high volume, the worst service that I received took too long, you see, and he was really making fun of it, it was stressful, the people had better leave, I could see what happened. I’m not someone to give bad reviews easily. But how would you feel if you were served food with hands on the broom a second earlier. He did not care to wash them! Too much sauce, don’t think he’s trained. Didn’t understand the directions clearly. Removed the veggies and the sauce from the sauce and added them again making the same mistake! Wish the civic sense of making a new sub prevalied!!!

Typical Subway located in shopping center at corner of East-West Connector and Highlands Ridge road with ample parking. I ordered multiple times rom this location and my orders were always ready on time promised. Food typical and tasty. Staff very friendly. One small thing, this Subway location often does not participate in usual Subway promotion.

There was only one man working there and he was on his phone when we walked in since there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. Once he saw us, he began to slowly prepare a DoorDash order that had been sitting there. After about 5 mins of standing there, he took our order and proceeded to make our sandwiches at the slowest speed I’ve ever seen anyone do anything. He didn’t listen to what toppings we wanted and put whatever he wanted on our sandwiches. The DoorDash driver came in to pick up the previous order but he was still making it and he told them he wasn’t done and they had to wait. Extremely slow service and zero comprehension skills. I should have looked at the reviews since this seems to be a regular occurrence. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

There appeared to be 2 people working. One left with no explanation, and the remaining employee had large headphones on that completely covered one ear and half covered the other. This was in addition to loud rap music playing and misc restaurant sounds, so I almost had to yell to be heard. Even then, he was incredibly slow, only half paying attention, made multiple mistakes that I quickly needed to step in to correct, and charged me wrong for one of the sandwiches. When I went to check out, he rung things up and moved on to the next customer before it was clear that my transaction had been completed. I paid for everything (without a tip) but felt that I could have walked out without paying and he would’ve been none the wiser.

Guy in here with headphones. Does everything wrong. I ordered it online and gave it about 20 minutes. There was no one at the store and he started prepping my sub after I entered. I used to come here a lot but would change my subway location. His attitude is bad. Rap music playing at the store and plus he has huge headphones. He barely hears the customers.
