I really love love this new Subway!!! It’s a brand new place that’s just recently opened with very fresh food, clean and friendly atmosphere, and good customer service! Parking is super easy and my orders took no time to get done. I’ve been back twice already and will recommend to my friends and family. If you’re in the area and looking for some delicious, healthy food to eat (without feeling bloated and greasy afterward like with some other fast food restaurants), then this is your go-to place!!! This place is a no for me. We paid $50+ for 4 subs and she gave us basically nothing, even after asking nicely for a bit more. I’m not sure if it’s a portion policy or what like Chipotle but that’s crazy. I got through half my sub and I can’t NOT be upset. It’s literal 5-6 pieces of chicken on one side, no toppings whatsoever. Anyone would expect exactly what they pay for.

Went today to check out the new location. I walked in and was greeted with-we only have wraps. We are waiting on bread. Apparently this location has poor management. How can you have a sandwich shop with no bread? Don’t waste your time here. Go to the Concord Rd location. Workers are always welcoming and they fix your sandwiches just the way you want them.

Sandwich was created properly just would’ve preferred the sandwich artist to be more welcoming. She didn’t smile the entire interaction. Her energy was a little off putting however she still did her job and correctly. Didn’t even thank me for her tip. Maybe she was having a bad day.

The new building looks nice, but the customer service was terrible! We went in and no one was there. We stood there for about 5 minutes. We then started calling out to see if they were in the back and no one answered. Went down the hallway where the bathrooms are at and no one was in the bathroom. Yelled out again and no response. We walked outside and around back there was a heavily tattooed white lady talking to someone in a car. She asked my husband in a rude manner if he was trying to order. He said we were, but no one was in the store and we had been in there for 10 minutes by that time calling out. She said there was supposed to be another girl in the store. This lady was very annoyed and her whole demeanor was off putting. She didn’t apologize for our wait or no one in the store. We left and went to the Subway on Concord to order. Ridiculous.

Its a new building for no use the employe that works there is an older white lady that never wants to open she just standing there and she locks the door so people can’t go in when there hours says 9am-10pm yet go by at 11am still have the doors locked I proceed to knock and all I get it is a nod saying no it’s closed it’s ridiculous having this new building here just for the employee not allowing costumers in this has happened multiple times this is a heads up to not even waist your time driving there even if the sign says open even if the website says open even if the old lady is just standing there she’ll just nod no or hide

I came to this location I walked in and by accident forgot my mask in my car I actually was going back to grab it but this guy took it so personal that talked to my on a way that I felt assaulted and threatened by the way he ask me to put a mask on when even him was not wearing it. So sad that ppl have no idea what the Main reason to wear a mask !

This Subway is closed because the owner couldn’t hire a competent manager. She was rude, hateful, and lied about the menu and items available – my best guess is to work less or be lazier. Anyways, you get was you deserve – the unemployment line! I hear a lovely wings place is coming.

The sandwich wasn’t bad but I gave specific instructions that wasn’t met. It would be nice to have a staff that did not feel the need to cuss at work & discuss their personal problems openly. I escorted my child back to the car, but should’ve stuck around to watch. I also had 3 different sandwiches, & wish they were labeled. I still tip, & hope they’ll do better if there’s a next time at this location.
