The food is always fresh and flavorful, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic sandwich or something a bit more adventurous, the employees are always willing to offer recommendations and customize your order to perfection.
What stands out the most is the outstanding customer service. Jay and the staff are not just employees; they are genuinely great people who take pride in their work. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in conversation make each visit enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about their customers and strive to create a positive experience.
Overall, Subway at this location is a fantastic spot for a quick and satisfying meal. With great food and an even better team, it’s a place I highly recommend!
I usually go to the Subway in Conyers but they were out of Spinach so I decided to go to this one. I haven’t been to this location in over 5 years, but I heard they remodeled it and it was under new management.
I was greeted when I walked in but noticed an Indian lady in the corner staring at me. This same lady rang up my order and as soon as I pressed the red button (for no tip) she said something in her language and said MONKEY! I said what did you say!? She didn’t even respond. She just flashed me a fake smile; said thank you; and gave me my receipt. I just stared at her and left. I decided I’m not arguing with her; I’ll write a review and contact corporate. Hopefully it’ll affect their business and she gets fired.
That said, I’m sure she makes racist comments all of the time because the other two men didn’t even react; they just kept their head down and continued to work.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location. The Indians in our community that profit off our business–but hate us–is ridiculous. We need to stick together and stop giving them our business
NOTE: The Indian lady who said MONKEY was a very lightskin Indian woman with big eyes and a long ponytail.
