Employees are very stingy with toppings, ordered a sandwich that clearly says 2 x pepper jack and employee pretends like she forgot to put it in.
NO CHOICE TO PICK HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO TIP, even if to go order, minimum $18%.
I was charged $4.51 tip for a to go order. No option to pick $0 or $1 tips.

I go to this location several times each month. I frequently use coupons and typically leave pretty happy. Tonight I showed my coupon before ordering (Buy a 12” get a 6” free). The employee went ahead and took my order. When it rang up, it only took 50% off the 6”. When I tried to get her to fix it, she informed me that “the coupon isn’t working. Sorry, sweetie.”
I would not have ordered the 6” had I known it wasn’t free! This is not a good business practice. I don’t think the owner of this location would have let this happen. I will take a break from picking up dinner there for a while.

I will not be returning to the Subway on @ 4100 Five Forks in Lilburn GA. First off, they HIDE the area where they begin to create your order so that you CANNOT see how LESS of protein you are actually getting, as opposed to SUPPOSED to be getting. 2nd, he (the owner) is EXTREMELY cheap with the portions that you get. I asked for tuna and they spread it soooo thin to make it look like I got enough. I then proceeded with my condiments and toppings and I swear it looked like she was counting each piece of topping that she placed. I asked for extra onions and she grabbed a couple more and then tried to place a slice back LOL!! SERIOUSLY!!??!! The multi-grain bread was soo dry and flaky on the outside as well. Overall, I would give this store/franchise a ZERO if it were an option. ** If you can, I strongly recommend that you avoid this store unless you are okay with NOT getting your hard-earned monies worth. Found a dead cockroach in my subway footlong. We ordered 3 & now they have new meat options in their menu. I usually tell my family to not try the new products that don’t sell too often because subway is known for using meats from days ago if it doesn’t sell. My little sister almost bit the roach but once she saw it on the sandwich, she felt so sick to her stomach that she felt like throwing up. She is only 14 years old & my little sister could’ve gotten super sick from this act. I hope someone shuts this place down. I used to love subway but after this, I can never step another foot in there ever again.

Let me start by saying the trainee who made my sandwich did an excellent job.
I went in with a coupon for a $3.99 6-inch sub and was told that it was limited to only 6 subs on the menu. I settled for one of those and when I was rang up, was told by the (manager?) that the coupon was expired. It expired yesterday. And would not be honored. So after tip I paid nearly $9 for a sub I didn’t really want..
I used to go to Subway almost daily for the salads until the packaging changed and the size of the salads decreased significantly.
The “freshly sliced” thing is a joke, the meats all look like garbage, that slicer is nothing more than a dumb prop, and the vegetables are hit or miss… in this instance, miss.
I will never willingly step foot in a Subway again. I’ll make the extra effort to go for a Pub Sub.

They can’t even get a simple BLT correct. The first lady understood, but the lady that made my sandwich didn’t pay attention. I ended up with a BMT and I’m allergic to pepperonis. Make sure your order is made correctly
