I haven’t been to subway in over 17years to this location. I was actually shocked how much the inside had changed and how fresh the subs were. My son loves subway. Irina and Navya were so nice and very nice to my son. A greats atmosphere to enjoy our lunch! I usually don’t leave reviews but felt like as much as this subway has changed they deserved it! Fast and great service!

I am giving a one-star review for one reason only…

We forgot a baseball cap last night around 10PM, and called back to the store within 30 minutes to have thwm hold it until the next morning

The associate graciously located the hat and placed it in a location so it wouldnt be lost.

Apparently, the story manager came in early and threw the hat in the garbage dumpster.

I had to root through multiple bags of subway trash to find it, which I did.

I am totally disappointed in the managers lack of respect for customer’s property.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The franchise actively promotes the use of coupons, but when I visited the store, my valid coupon was denied without any explanation. The coupon clearly states that it is valid across the U.S. for a footlong meal with an additional $3, yet the store staff refused to accept it.

It’s frustrating to be misled this way, and I believe the store should be properly informed about the coupons being promoted. Better communication and consistency across locations are essential for a positive customer experience.

I would also like to mention that other lady who build the Subway was very polite and great but the one at billing was not service friendly and did not even tried it.

We also just learned while eating, bread is too hard to eat.

Update to original post. I just tried this place again and just continuously let down. The kids meals aren’t offered with toys anymore, they only have one size drink cup for you to purchase and it’s the large, the meats are not standard to other subways at least they don’t look like the other sandwich meats, and they don’t understand direction very well. Communication barrier definitely exists. They were trying to put my steak and cheese steak in dirty containers to go into the microwave. And then disappeared with them to the back room where they came back damp. They are simply rinsing them out without any sort of sanitation. Also the steak was not properly measured and I probably got less than half an ounce of meat on my sandwich. And if you know subway you know that the steak and cheese is expensive to begin with. Overall just super frustrating. I wish they would Get new owners and new management.

Very poor customer service and the language barrier is huge here. They don’t quite understand what you’re asking for. Also the prices seem to be really expensive compared to some other subways. I think it has to do with how they enter it into the computer. I came in with a coupon and they started to give me some resistance before excepting it. Yet somehow once the coupon was added to the overall total, the price didn’t really come down. Bathrooms are very very dirty and urine is everywhere. I witnessed the person making sandwiches leave and go break down boxes wearing the same gloves she made the sandwiches with. Then she went into the restroom with the same gloves on. Hopefully they got changed before going back to make more sandwiches. The male and female older individuals presumably manager, lack any sort of personality or personal skills. Seem to be rude and not very friendly

The app is absolutely useless because it took my order. But it did not ask what kind of bread I wanted or what I wanted in it. As far as the traditional ingredients went and also what sauces I want and I just submitted the order when I arrived at your store. I was waiting but the person didn’t ask me what I was ordering and she just gave me the wrong things. Totally wrong? Order the bread, none of the ingredients that I wanted, none of the sauces that I wanted, and I told her that bye, the app didn’t ask me for any of that she was blaming me for not knowing how to use the app and giving me a very bad attitude and refusing to add any of the ingredients it’s only when I pushed back and told her that I will submit. A feedback that she grudgingly, I agreed to add ingredients and was slamming things around and a very poor show of customer service. So I wanted to make sure that I leave this feedback and that it has given me a very bad impression of subway, which i’ve been a customer for over thirty five years.

I ordered wrap with tuna. Different Subways make wrap differently. This one was good. Only thing I want to notice is that wrap was cold, it would taste much better if wrap is warm. Thank you anyway.
Bathroom is very dirty. No paper towels. For sandwich I would give 5 stars. For bathroom – 0 stars.
