Placed an order showed up as instructed per the app and was informed no order was in the system.
I even checked my payment processor everything looked good.
I was even given the the order number and designated pick up window.
Mind you I’m a regular here and always us the app.
Have had ongoing issues with so called “out of stock” items and what not , but Ive always keep it moving.
This go round being told the app is an issue and when I asked if they can honor in store I was told NO.
Mind you I’m a regular on the app and have the transactions to prove.
Anyways just be mindful when using the app .

I have been buying subs from this location for many years. I think the owners must have changed. This is the the second time that I have received an order that was not very fresh nor accurate. The cookie was stale, the subs were not toasted (although the online order was very clear), and the size of the subs was considerably smaller.
The store is certainly clean. I applaud the owners for that.

Extremely disappointed in the manager or owner (older man with blonde hair) cursing at his employees and later at customers. While eating lunch, this individual constantly complained and cursed. The gentleman behind me walked out the door, after listening to this extremely unprofessional behavior. If he is the manger, the owner should terminate him immediately, if he’s the owner, his franchise license should be revoked immediately. I’ve always enjoyed Subway and know that this isn’t behavior that the corporation would condone or expect from someone who represents their brand image. With this said, the employees are always friendly and give great service, too bad that someone in management never understood the concept of customer service.

Stopped by for first time today and was in shear awww from how incredibly perfect this store is ran!!! Mid-day/lunch everything was stocked and the cleanest I have ever seen a food establishment!!! Order handled without hesitation and was PERFECT!. By the time I left, I started looking for anything even slightly a mess, but to no avail. This should be where all stores go to be trained! Amazing Job guys!

Well it’s just a typical subway. What can you say? Get a sandwich made in front of you. Pretty fresh ingredients so the food is the same at each one which is a good thing. At least know what you’re getting. But of this one they were out of some items. I want some oil on my sandwich they were out. Wanted sweet tea. They are out of tea.
