Placed an order at this location on Doordash for my mom. Came from work tired, heard she didn’t get what was ordered. Picked it up, and went to the store. I walked in and the female working tonight (black female) acknowledged me and asked if I was picking up. Before I could answer, she saw the bag in my hand, I guess she ascertained it was a return as it was a subway bag, and her attitude took a turn for the worse, both verbal and body. Now do I care, I give one hoots!! Of course, she proceeded to tell me we got what was ordered and I’m looking at the bare sandwich with nothing on it. The order was very specific yet very simple. We ordered tuna on wheat bread with American cheese, pickle, onion and mustard, thats it! Received: 1 spoon tuna (if that much), 3 haves of the onion ring, 3 pieces of pickle and cheese (See photo taken before I left it on the counter). My mom had apparently called them unbeknownst to me. So when I asked for a refund they said I had to go through the app and when I asked them to remake the sandwich, thats when I learnt for the first time the store ran out of mustard. She rang out, “He told you that on the phone.” I said, I didn’t speak to anyone on the phone and she responded, well somebody did. All this attitude and you all are the ones that messed up the order. If someone’s order is that specific and you don’t have what they want, cancel the dang order, it can’t get any simpler than that.
Food and attitude, bad combination, y’all will never see me again, I’d rather drive 20 miles to get my mom what she wants, somewhere that’s happy to serve us!!

Always out of something but the customer service is a big thing for me and this person kill my subway vibe every time. His energy is horrible when working with people. I thought it was maybe a one time thing but Nooooo it’s every time. His CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

After working all day I stopped by to pick up a sandwich. The young lady that made the sandwich never washed her hands just put gloves on after wiping her nose with her sleeve. Then She burnt the sandwich. I asked her to remake it. She proceeded to make it over by using the same meat from the burnt sandwich. Safe serve is not being used at this location. Beware of non caring people in food service.

Whenever I order from here,I never get what I ordered. Always leave my cheese off my sandwich. And apparently those veggies are not fresh!! Gross tasting sandwich. Each time I’ve ordered from them,I had to throw the sandwich in the trash. Stale bread and all..

A waste of $17.37 went in on lunch break and they was out of the bread I wanted so I asked for a different type of bread only to find out they was out of all breads except the hard jalapeño cheese bread so the guy said I could get a flat bread not knowing I was going to be charged way higher then my sub. They didn’t even have cookies ready paying isn’t the issue it’s the lack of products and no one knew anything and no manager around . The place should not be running on empty and my meal shouldn’t have cost this much never again would I stop in this place

The owner and the workers are very stingy and they are cheap! The bread was hard letting me know it was old bread. When making my sandwich he thought I wasn’t paying attention and the lettuce was brown. They will skimp you on the toppings. Not a good location to spend your money. I can tell it’s a franchise location so I’m sure they cut corners on a lot. First and last time ever coming here.
